貝克利萬怡飯店(Courtyard Beckley)

This is a dated hotel, and not very clean. Our family was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom in the room. Was thinking with the price that we paid ($275/night) it would be a much more high-end experience but it was not. This hotel is not worth the price you pay.

Great room, but very disappointed that they did not offer complimentary coffee and fruit in the morning. Breakfast was an extra $30. Won’t do that again. Also disappointed that this company is apparently still doing business in Moscow with Russians killings innocent civilians. Marriott could certainly take a stand against this somehow.

Hotel was clean and beautiful, very close to food amenities and hence very convenient. They did not have a microwave in the room which I thought was odd because most of the hotels have one in the room. When checking out, the lady who was at the front desk wasn’t quite friendly. Didn’t even greet or anything like that. Overall we had a good nights stay.

Arrived around 11:30pm admin had our room keys ready which was great however upon entering the room we found a large bug on the floor.

Unfortunately the quality at this hotel has gone down. The check ins are slow with poor wifi speeds. I feel the rooms are thin and you hear a lot of noise

Very friendly clerk at check in. Clean room with comfortable bed. Convenient placement of furniture. The outside of the building looks a bit dingy like it needs a paint job, but inside is nice with a pleasant scent and clean looking when you walk in.

Excellent hotel , stayed on our way down to North Carolina and on our way back! Will definitely be back!

Switched to this Marriot midway through our stay at another nearby hotel that was pretty grody. Everything was great, only problem is that the doors shut very loud, so every night you could hear what sounded like a Minecraft village out in the hall (Constant opening and closing of doors)

We expected the usual Courtyard Standard but this one was not good enough. The bedroom linens were sp**** and it seemed they forgot blankets or comforters on the beds and replaced with a thin unsatisfactory cover.
