Enjoyed our 2-day stay. One thing could have been better--the sofa-bed needed a good cleaning to get rid of the stains. Also, it sat lower to the ground than normal, which is a little hard for seniors to get up on their feet. The tv lineup could have included NEWMAX. Other than that, everything else was good for the value. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Would stay there if we ever come back to Beckley. Great location for everything.

The hotel was perfect for the reason I stayed and price I paid. It was no frills. I had outdoor activities in the area planned. While the hotel was a little dated it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a problem with our door. They had someone to the room and had it fixed within 15 minutes.

Rolled in at 2:40 hoping to drop bags and head out to see local sights. Was told we could NOT check in until after 3!!! TV did not work front desk offered no help! The price was cheap and the operation reflected price!

The property is dated and the room was nasty. There was a cockroach on my closet floor but he was dead thankfully. The floors were filthy, including the bathroom. The sink and tub did not drain. The curtains had what appeared to be a body fluid stain on them. It was quite disgusting.

Front desk put me by people they were working in the area and some pipeline. I understand that but they are very loud and they probably been there for months.

I Really enjoyed this hotel. Pool open anytime you feel like swimming. Clean rooms andcomfortable bed! Will stay here again for next years trip!

Very nice receptionist, BUT the rooms were badly in need of repair and remodeling. The room that I had was without a blanket, only sheets on the bed, and I slept with my clothes on.
