貝克利麗怡飯店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Beckley, WV)

Overall clean hotel with very convienent location. Breakfast choices were a bit limted to prepackaged items. Also, the room was not too great. Matrices need replacement, just awful. Shower head height was made for a 4 foot child or handicapped person, it could not be adjusted up for an adult. Water pressure terrible. This is a popular hotel location so be prepared for parking challenges.

Staff was polite and accommodating. Hot breakfast was good in my option with several options. Would stay here again.

The room was dirty. The service was poor. There were kids playing and screaming in the hallway from 930pm until after midnight. The bathroom door handle fell off. The paint was peeling off of the wall. I checked out of the hotel a day early and went to another hotel due to all of the problems.

Lobby and outside property are very nice - we've stayed at other Country Inns which were a much better quality. Our room was a dated Red Roof quality room.

Nice place to stay at. Breakfast in the morning was GREAT! Convenient location, great access from the freeway. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable.

Property was exactly as described, was very easy check in, and very comfortable for me and my pup for the night. Lots of options for a quick easy dinner, and breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Would stay here again.

Room not thoroughly cleaned. Had to request new room, that room was dirty too but not as bad so we kept it. Found ants and bed bugs. Have photos.

We stayed in 262 which is a King Suite. Our air conditioners didn’t work, our coffee pot was left dirty, there was dumpsters outside of our window and because our ac’s didn’t work we had them opened all night and people kept throwing big heavy things in the dumpsters for the majority of the night. Our bed was comfy but the pillows were terrible. We politely let the front desk worker know of our issues this morning at checkout and she didn’t seem to care. Unfriendly staff and poor stay.

Checked into our room and it was not clean. Toilet was clogged with urine, feces, and toilet paper. Asst. Manager unclogged toilet and cleaned bathroom. The room had no heat as the thermostat was broken off the wall. We were moved to an upgraded room.
