Travelodge by Wyndham Beckley

When I checked in even though we had reserved the room through Trip.Com, I was told their were no rooms. This was the fault of Trip. Com because their website said they had rooms at the hotel even though the hotel had no more rooms to book. I have never had this happened when booking with other online booking sites. And I have stayed in this area several times in past years. Not good when you get to the hotel and are told you don't have a room, because they were over booked due to online booking sites.

Our stay was very positive. Room was clean, shower pressure was amazing. Great location right off interstate. McDonalds, DQ and gas were walking distance away. Great hot breakfast incl. Quiet location. Nice accommodating staff. Excellent price. Cons: No fridge or Microwave in room as advertised!

It was an ok stay the staff was really nice they would help you in any way possible they just don’t have a fridge or a microwave

There was blood on the sheets!!! Not cleaned from previous tenants. Blankets rolled into a ball. No heat!!!. THEY WOULD NOT REIMBURSE MY MONEY!!! AND WE LEFT!!!

My room was clean, and desk clerk was very helpful. Travelodge Online / web site states you have truck parking available, this is not true.

I was originally booked in a room for 4 when I had asked for a suite for 6 people. Late arrival for our family so we didn’t have the choice to move rooms but the « suite #48…- the door looked like someone kicked it in. The door didn’t lock properly and I could see outside from inside my room. I could stick my finger outside from the inside of the room door. The lady behind the desk said to her colleagues « it must be the room where someone kicked it in for a free stay ». 🙄 There were bugs the size of my thumb nail. Box of bed had a huge metal rail that stuck out which my family member hurt their shin walking to the bathroom. There were awful stains on the chairs and bedcovers, cigarette burns on the blanket. One of the towels looks like someone wiped themselves with it after using the washroom. Never again.

The check in time is 2 and we were told 3 so we sat in parking lot for an hour for no reasom

Cockroaches in bathroom bed bugs and no towels no fridge no microwave no coffee maker we would like to have some type of discount or compensated as soon as possible cuz we are still staying on the property
