舒眠飯店-海狸貝克利(Sleep Inn Beaver- Beckley)

Found hairs on both set of bed sheets. There wasn't a door on the bathroom. The shower dooer wouldn't shut, which soaked the bathroom floor. The sink leaked and also dripped. The continental breakfast was very slim pickings

Dirty carpet, room had odor, trash under bed and next to bed, freezer had stuff from previous occupants, lite out in bathroom so it was super dark, just not impressed, all dirty laundry next to ice machine

Not much to do/dining option in the area. The room is clean and updated although the shower stall needs to be replaced. The toiletries were also lacking with only one bottle of shampoo and lotion and 2 bars of soap for 2 people in the room. Need to call housekeeping.

The hotel was just okay, staff was friendly but the 3 day stay was hard, the shower had Luke warm water the first day then called water the rest; forced to wash up in the sink which had hot water.

Shower was horrible. Wife and daughter refused to Shower and waited till getting to family home. Found hair on pillow and thankful Wife brought linens to cover beds.

Convenient location, great price, decent breakfast and amenities, needs a little updating but not too bad, and a little noisy at times but nothing too crazy

Room type I booked was not available due to the floor being renovated, the door wouldn’t lock and felt like the handle was going to fall off, and the water pipes sounded like a wind chime because the room above me took a shower. Very disappointed

The rooms are small and the reviews anout this hotel are misleading. Biggest complaint was mold on the bathroom walls and ceiling. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, which were also tiny for the king bed we slept in. Guy at the front desk was more in tune to talking football with his friends than he was in helping us.

This is my third stay at this hotel. We stay here because it's convenient. However let me finally leave a review that will hopefully spark something in management. The rooms are not horrible, but they are not clean. You can see the caked on dust all along the floors against the walls. The shower doors need to be replaced because when you shower water gets all over the floor, leading to mold in the corners. The rooms desperately need an update. The first night I slept we checked in very late so we went right to sleep, woke up and looked at the blanket and noticed a blood stain on it.(trust me it wasn't from us).Asked the front desk for a new blanket and I received no apology for it. Standards are not important here.
