Harbour View is amazing I had the best business trip in Dar. The staff and their management on point, professional and hilly experienced customer care. Especially their manager Mr Hemand a classic guy. The rooms are neat and comfy beds, super clean sheets and towels...

Very old and run down. I have stayed here several times over the last 8 years. This trip the rooms felt disgusting. The tiles in the shower were cracked, the AC remote was falling apart and the TV had only 4 working channels and almost no sound. The location is great and the staff are good. But this place is falling apart and needs an urgent renovation.

Very large executive room with beautiful sea view. Staff very helpful. Internet code log in keeps changing but staff were responsive. Location was brilliant- centre down town The only downside was the breakfast was average

Excellent room. Very nice swimming pool. The hotel restaurant had a terrific view of the harbour, but the food was a bit mediocre. Good service in the restaurant however. We would stay here again.

I stayed in Harborview suites some 10 years back. Booked this time, based on the old good memories I had.. But the Hotel now is just a ghost of what it was earlier. All bad experiences.. The shower in the room was not working.. There was not hot water in the first day The staff at the reception (except Ms.Tumaini who helped me to get my Covid test done) was very very rude - they suite more in a police station than in a hotel reception. I booked a two bedroom suite ; we were three people.. now they wanted to charge for the third person (though I did not pay after loosing lot of energy on argument) The icing of the cake was that I lost my Apple Watch in the room. No, will never stay in this Hotel..
