The hotel is in the city centre, near to the harbour and ferry terminals (ferryboat to Zanzibar). It’s very clean, good new furniture, very fast lifts, good breakfast and charming staff. One minor problem, from time to time the keycard has to be programed even if you keep it separate with other things, cannot open the door, you’ve to go down to the reception and request for activation

Located in the city centre of Dar es salaam witha roof top bar where you can see around the towm, with amaizing meals and drinks. When you wake up you can have a stretch in the gym customised for residents only. Everlyn Mwasela the Group general manager thank you so much, you always get time to talk to your guests and even have a meal with them.

I stayed one night in this hotel and had to catch my flight early morning, so unable to try the restaurant breakfast. They managed to pack me some food. Well, very nice room, big with comfortable sleep. All amenities available in the toilet. Hot/Cold water. Friendly staff and good customer service. Location is perfect

This Hotel claims to be 4 star yet they are offering instant coffee bags. You have to pay for some decent coffee when having "free" breakfast. They have tiny room with old and broken equipment they call GYM. This is a hotel clearly past its prime.

Spacious clean rooms with beutiful beds, blow dryier for the ladies, lots of bottled drinking water and lots of coffee when you need it. In the evening you can have a beautiful view of Darr es salaam city as you catch a cold drink from the roof top bar.

My experience was good. I was looked after from the airport to the hotel. The reception was excellent. The meals, the friendliness of the staff, the cleaning were excellent. Just a situation of water running in the bathroom, in the room I was in, that almost caused a serious accident. But, the stay was great.

It was a very insightfull and rich experience with lot of nice smiles all around. The room is clean and fresh all the time and all accessoires are available all the time. Everything was positif during the stay. Big big thanks to all !

Good despite of minor issues here and there Room is good, bed is comfortable, AC is not working well. The bathroom step is dangerous for adults consider having options i the bathroom between shower and sink.

This is my second visit to the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean and they have friendly staff. I would definitely be choosing this hotel anytime am visiting Dar on business or with family. I would recommend it to anyone
