新月度假村(Crescent Resort, Darjeeling)

We stayed with family & friends for 2 days in Room nos 403&404. It was very pleasant experience at front office for checkin very fast and nice support fro m staff Mr Anurag/Ajay in specific for all the support. We really enjoyed our stay and the Restaurant was awesome with variety of buffet choice of food and it was very tasty. Mr Netra -Chef was so nice and one of our guest is specific with restricted food and he arranged and the restaurant staff Mr Hissay and ***ish are vey nice and we have enjoyed our 2 days of stay without any complaint - We strongly recommend this hotel not to miss and the property location and view is fantastic. Will visit again

Hotel staff is very good , they are very polite . Food is good , house keeping staff very good, room are good Very Happy with our stay, Akansha, sthiti, and Nishika and all other served us very well . In future if we visit definately will stay with you and will guide our guest frnds to you

Property is good Food was good But no amenities or play area for children Gym was not functional Neither was Spa Need to improve on that count Otherwise service and stay was good had good experience with Mr Chhedup Lepcha Needs improvement in few areas - otherwise satisfied.

Good recieving and helpfull staff had good breakfast and lunch menu Mr Chhedup Lepcwa and Wissay were courteous and served us well during our stay.Rooms were clean with good view of hilly area .Nice hotel for families to stay and nearer to all tourist spots

It's a beautiful and cozy place with amazing hill view. This hotel is near the mall road which is a shopping hub. The services are quick the food is really good. I would specifically like to thank Aakanshya Pradhan maam and Hassay sir for there services

We stayed at the Crescent Resort during our tour of Sikkim and Darjeeling in May 2024. I must say that it was welcoming from the get go. The staff are very courteous, helpful and prompt. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet exceeded expectations as compared to other hotels during the tour. The hotel is well situated in terms of breathtaking views and proximity to local markets (Mahakal Market and Mall Road). I was particularly pleased by the service and courteousness of Mr.Chhedup Lepcha, who was kind enough to cater immediately to our special requests. I would comeback and stay here again any day with my family. Wishing the staff of Crescent Resort all the very best!!
