An excellent stay, a small cosy hotel with fantastic views of Kanchenjunga, very friendly staff, prompt service. We also booked the hotel car for the entire stay with a fabulous driver and very reasonable rates. The hotel ***ager also helped with our visit itinerary and made the entire trip very memorable and seamless. Strongly recommend for anyone planning for Darjeeling stay.

Great Experience. Amazing view of Kanchenjungha from room and other areas of the Resort. Each and every staff, the ***ager Mr. Ravi & Mr. Rishav, the owner of the property is very cordial. Wonderful service and food. Overall an unforgettable memory at The Arcadia Heritage.

Lovely little property with a grand view, spacious room, efficient service and very courteous staff. The hotel car and driver were an added bonus, as he knows the region extremely well. I went with my senior parents, and we were well taken care of right from landing in Bagdogra through all our local sightseeing.

A bit away from Mall, but nice view of Kanchenjangha peak. Very hospitable owner. Don't miss their welcome tea. It's awesome. Food quality moderate but fresh .Family rooms are retty spacious. On a sunlit day with clear sky,try to sip hot chocolate on the treetop

Love the hospitality, the resort is really so beautiful with view paranormal, and the treehouse cafe is so ameging, Breakfast buffet have good variety and the food is really so tasty. Specially amit, he is the charm Well maintained and beautiful 😍😍

The best staff,quick service,pleasant atmosphere and we absolutely enjoyed our stay,I would love to visit the property again with friends or family and definitely recommend the place to anyone going to Darjeeling rooms were clean and neat.
