I loved my stay, only thing I have to complain is that we reserved for 3 days 2 nights, had to come back for 1 more night. We checked in again, I chose the same suite. Later I noticed they didn't change the bedding in the hide out bed. It had a small stain my son had left from prior nights ago. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Probably was updated but very hard to find. The front desk clerk also acknowledged and has had conversations with the company about the layout of the hotel. They will not change a thing according to him. No signs, nothing. If you stay here , be prepared to drive in circles to figure out how to get to the front door. It’s hard to find. Everything else was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay! The 1 bedroom suite is comfortable, clean and spacious with a nice kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher and comes stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. The hotel has a free hot breakfast every morning as well which was good. We didn't end up using the pool or fitness center because of our short stay but they looked very nice. The bedroom had 2 queen beds. It also had a door that closes and separates it from the living room and kitchenette which was really nice. The living room had a large pullout couch which could sleep 2. The Bathroom was very nice and modern.

The room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff on Saturday was ineffective: we have to ask to times for someone to come and open the sofa bed and he gave us the wrong information about breakfast times. I also think the breakfast times (7:00 - 9:00) were really disappointing considering it was a week end with a lot of early soccer and baseball games (or late games). It should start earlier and end later.

Very nice stay, the place looked to be recently updated and fresh. Very clean and extremely helpful staff. Would stay there again.

It would have been better if the room was cleaned every day even though I repeatedly requested it. The breakfast buffet with few options that becomes repetitive for long stays. The area is safe and strategic near Target. The reception staff does not speak Spanish, making it difficult to communicate with international tourists. Very good facilities and free parking. Hubiese sido mejor si limpiaran la habitación todos los días a pesar que lo solicité en reiteradas ocaciones. El desayuno bufet con pocas opciones que se hace repetitivo para estadias prolongadas. La zona es segura y estrategica cerca a Target. El personal de recepción no hablan español se dificulta la comunicación con turistas internacionales. Las instalaciones de primera y estacionamiento gratuito.

Hotel was wonderful!!! Breakfast was great, check in was easy, the staff is very friendly. We requested a last minute late check out and they accommodated it happily for free. The rooms are very comfortable and classy. It’s quiet. We stayed for 4 days/ 3 nights. Will definitely choose residence inn in the future

It was nice not to pay for parking since the price was a bit higher than the other location we’ve stayed at in Davis. People were exceptionally pleasant. The staff immediately took care of the rude person who decided to smoke next door to us.
