We usually stay at this hotel and have always found it to be well-priced, clean, comfortable. The staff is super-friendly, the breakfast is fairly good, and I love having an area with snacks, etc to purchase. The only comment is have about this last stay was that our room was right down the hall from the front lobby and we could hear everything happening at the front desk. Mostly lots of talking, the beep of the microwave, and any other sounds. No one was being loud, we were just so close that we could hear it all. We got there late at night and the hotel was full, so I’m guessing that’s the last room they fill! So, bottom line, great hotel, but make sure you get a room away from the lobby!

The room was nice and spacious. I was very comfortable in the room and the bed was cozy with clean sheets and nice pillows. The room and bathroom were very clean, and had nice ammenities. The staff was great! From check-in to check-out I couldn't have had a better experience. I've stayed at some very nice hotels, and the service here ranked among the best. I'd especially like to thank Marquita who was very friendly, gave me some great suggestions for lunch and dinner, and was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I think she represents the best that Holiday Inn has to offer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time I'm in Denton.

We stayed few nights while we were attending a church convention for the weekend. This hotel is super clean, the service from the time that you enter until you leave is exceptional. It smells really good including the bedding. The hot breakfast was good and I liked that it was from 6-10 am. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the pool water was cloudy. Overall, The hotel is in great condition and I will stay there again.

Everything was actually great! The breakfast bar Was good just would like a little change of meats so you don’t feel like your eating the same thing every day. Waffles would have been great to have. Everything was close and convenient

My husband and I spent two nights at the Holiday Inn Express. The cleanliness was really good to the point that you can smell the cleaner in the air! The staff was really amazing and went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is very basic but cleanliness goes a long way. We found the breakfast to be good but not great. There is a wide variety. I would recommend and probably stay again.

Visiting for daughters college orientation. Very clean. Enjoyed the Dove products in the bathroom (lotion, bodywash, handsoap, shampoo, and conditioner) easy checkin and checkout plus friendly staff. Nice continental breakfast!

Staff (two women forgot their names in sure one was a manager ) at front desk , amazing people very kind and nice no matter the time of day show lots of patience and helped us understand questions they deserve a big raise !

There was a constant beeping noise coming from an outlet in the room. Really hope it wasn't a camera. Would not stay here again for that reason. Other than that facility was decent
