Great hotel, free parking on site and room very spacious. Highly recommend.

We definitely expected more from a Holiday Inn. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly, which was great! But the rest of the hotel needs some improvement. The hotel advertises a hot tub and outdoor heated pool, but the hot tub was empty and the pool was full of leaves. We were disappointed, because we'd been looking forward to using the hot tub during our stay. There was also some kind of construction going on inside the hotel, which made a TON of noise right next to our room. Our shower didn't drain properly, so we had to take showers in standing water. Again, the staff were GREAT and made our experience good overall, but the higher management needs to work on a few things, like keeping the amenities up and running and warning guests of construction ahead of time. Otherwise, the location is great, with a bus stop out front and lots of shopping nearby. I wish I could say I'd stay here again, but I'll probably look for a different place next time I'm in Denver.

Upon walking into the lobby for check in, there was one receptionist helping another guest, and about 5-6 other receptionists/coworkers standing at another desk who didn’t acknowledge us in any way and continued about their personal conversations. The first receptionist then finished helping the other guest and then helped us and was great, didn’t get his name but was a taller man with curly dark hair and glasses. however we found it extremely rude that none of the other 5 workers who weren’t doing anything beside talking amongst themselves didn’t greet us or attempt to check us in.

Las condiciones del hotel son muy malas, la tina del baño estaba tapada, la llave de la regadera se desprendía y a pesar de que lo reporte nunca arreglaron nada Aparte la puerta de la habitación no abría y cerraba bien y a pesar de que también lo reporté nunca lo arreglaron

We stayed here when we visited Denver for the first time. We will definitely be back. The property was very well maintained. The staff was very nice and were available anytime we needed something.
