Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver International Airport

I truly expected much more from a suite. Outdated styles, everything was very basic. Right off the bat, i had to go back to the desk because the key cards didnt work. Took a few minutes for the hot water to actually get hot. Had to wait 2 hours for a shuttle because they only have one. Which is ridiculous for an airport hotel. So not wanting to wait any longer i ended up having to pay $75 for a taxi so I could get to the overpriced room i was paying for. Definitely not what I would expect from the Hilton, and not for the price. Disappointed is only one of many words I could use to describe this stay.

Breakfast ended at 9am. No info anywhere, not even at check in.

Check in was not good. The young lady i had to deal with refused to let me check in at 2:30. We had to sit in the lobby until 3:00 . This is a huge hotel and it was a Wednesday so it was really not busy at all. I waited for her to call me when it was ready, but she didn't. After several others walked in and were given their rooms I approached the desk again and she asked me my name as if she didn't know . We were sitting right in front of the check in area waiting . Amazingly my room was ready. I will not be staying here again even though the hotel itself is very nice.

This place was an absolute dump. The room was extremely old with a cracked sink and stains all over the carpet. I don’t think the air filters for the AC has ever been changed. Very disappointed and will not be staying here ever again.

The property is clean and comfortable. The hotel changed our two queen bed reservation to a king - for three people. So that was frustrating, as we arrived at night and were stuck with it. The pull-out couch wasn’t ideal to mess with for a $200 room. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool although the hot tub wasn’t hot.

Two homewood suites 3 miles apart the “airport” one is actually the one farther away. I think communications could have been clearer with address to save us from going to the wrong one at midnight

Terrible hotel and company! My husband and I arrived for a one night stay and were scheduled to leave the following morning by flight. 10 minutes after we checked in we were notified that our flight the following morning was canceled and due to such we had to check out of the hotel 45 minutes later to get to the airport to leave. Ridiculous that Hiltons Corporate would not refund us or give us a credit for that night of our planned stay! Hilton cares nothing more about money and are a bunch of cheap skates. That is the last time I will be staying at a Hilton Hotel. $200 thrown away in the trash for nothing!

Excellent hotel for getting to and from the airport. Quiet area given proximity of the city. The room was fantastic. Very clean, but chilly!! I would stay again!
