Do not stay here! There is absolutely no parking. The valet parking is ridiculously overpriced and they told us to leave our truck out in traffic, double parked for over an hour! We took the room key back to them and tried to cancel our reservations but t hey wouldn't let us. Their excuse was they were short handed but not one of the 20 cars ever moved into parking garage in an hour. It is the most unorganized and unsafe parking situation I've ever seen, basically a joke! How would we ever leave in the morning if we can't get our vehicle once they got it parked? This makes you late for your departure.

The hotel staff were kind. However, when checking in, we were given a room that was already occupied. When we got to ‘our room’ it had a PRIVACY PLEASE sign on the door. I had to go down stairs and get a new room. Our room was huge and on a corner. The electric shades where broken. Out of 4 windows, only one functioned. We were not able to close them to block out the light. Our bathroom sink was cracked and slow to drain. The wheelchair accessible shower also drained slow and flooded the bathroom when my two daughters showered.

We arrived late and didn't want waste time on moving from one room to another. The location is great, the breakfast was ok. the room (813) was in a bad shape. 1) Bathroom sliding door was broken. 2) Pot was missing handle 3) No toothbrush/paste in the room nor on reception.

The location was good, but customer service was terrible. I arrived to the hotel at 1:00pm. I was told to wait until 3:00pm as my room was not ready. I returned at 3:00 pm, they told me to come back at 4:00pm as the room still was not ready. I came back at 4:00 still the room was not ready. I asked to speak to the manager. The reciptionist went to call the manager. She came back a few minutes later to inform me that the manager refused to see me. I have never seen this treatment in any hotel before. Obviously, customers were not important to this manager. I would have left and went to another hotel, but I have already paid through ******* and wasn't sure if I will ever get my money back from this hotel. The stay was Ok. Cleaning staff and repair men were very friendly, but the girls in the reciption were always non-friendly. In my last day, my flight was leaving town late. I asked to stay longer, butthisrequest was refused. I would never return to this hotel again.

It was 4 of us and they only gave us a room with a king and the couch didn’t even turn into a bed. Ask front desk multiple times for an explanation, but no one seem to help.

It was a really nice place it just took a really long time to get checked in. The ladies at the front desk did an amazing job and the line was long. They could've use more help
