Great location in LODO. The Cruise Room has fantastic cocktails. Bourbon tasting is a nice touch I. The lobby.

First class attention from the moment that you arrive. They treat you as family arriving for a visit (welcomed family) especially Dave.
The reception staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating.
Rooms are very clean and give off that nostalgic vibe of what luxury travel used to be like many years ago but with all of the modern conveniences that we have become accustomed to.

We loved this place and hope to go back. The location was perfect for train travel - right by Union Station. OPur room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bourbon tasting and live music was a nice bonus. Staff was extremely helpful.

I very much like the historic aesthetics of the property. Very homely feel. Staff was very nice. Room was up to date & very comfortable. We were there during weekend so a little noisy street side late at night.

I did not get the blonde at the front desks name, but she was the absolute best! Her energy, knowledge of the area and overall attitude was top notch!!! We will stay here on our next Nuggets trip!

Everyone was very attentive and actually wanted to help! Food was delicious also! Bed was comfortable, plenty of covers. And It was very quiet!

Love the hotel and the area, but beware of the “ resort fee” . never disclosed by either ******* or the hotel. I had paid in full through *******, and I did not appreciate the additional charge to my credit card. ******* made it right, but the hotel was no help.
