Lovely young member of staff for breakfast on weekends - super personable. Breakfast was pretty good

The room was beautiful and clean. My favorite thing was the Dry Bar hair dryer! I must go buy one now. The bad issues were the amount of homeless people everywhere. I did not feel safe outside. Also the water temperature in the shower was great the first day but barely warm the next 2 days. I did have the best hamburger I’ve ever had in my life at the restaurant in the lobby area and the bartender was fantastic.

Hyatt Centric is the type of hotel to ask "Is anyone going to put a popcorn machine in the lobby?" and not wait for an answer.

Great location in the downtown area. Rooms and lobby were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I’d come here gain.

I flew in from Japan late at night. I was extremely stressed out due to car rental complications. The young lady at the front desk really helped me calm down and made my check in very smooth. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name but if she were to see this, I’m sure she would remember. Great experience. I stayed for 6 nights for a work trip.

Great location, perfect walking distance to nearby amenities and food. Parking is $50 extra in all surrounding areas and is NOT included with your stay.
