Great stay we will book a room again for sure🌹

I had a 4-night reservation over the Chris**as weekend. Two days before my scheduled arrival I called to confirm as I always do when traveling. I was told that a party with a block of rooms decided to stay longer so my reservation was cancelled, and they would move my reservation to another hotel. Two days before Chris**as in Denver Co didn't leave a whole lot of choice! Was moved to another hotel 9 miles from where I needed to be. It was located in a very industrial area, close to nothing. Made it very inconvenient for my son to get me to and from his home and to the airport for departure. I wonder what would have happened had I not called ahead to confirm and just showed up to find out I was cancelled? The staffer that handled my call said she was going to call me the next day, really...why wait another day on Chris**as weekend when hotels are filling up by the hour that weekend? I'm very disappointed in this Comfort Suites policy to cancel people's reservations just because a group decides to stay longer, especially on a holiday like Chris**as. As a frequent traveler I've been told by hotels that they were fully booked, and I couldn't extend my stay.

Property it is in a good location. Front Desk Girls are friendly. The room was clean but the window courtains are gross. There was no milk for breakfast, no waffle mix, the lady at breakfast room was only walking around she was so upset for people taking their food. And this Lady was touching constantly her face and hair. It was a bad experience at breakfast time.

The carpets in the hallways where very dirty, with stains every few feet. Our room had a sour mildew smell and the air coming out of the AC made us gag when it hit us in the face. Furniture was chipped, paint was chipped. There was a somehow a stain on the curtains. The sheets looked like someone had been sleeping in them, so we got an extra set and changed them out.

Dirty hotel and poor customer service. Waited for over 20 minutes & no one was at the front desk for help. There was just a post-it note on the counter saying “no early check in” on the counter. Called on phone three times and no answers. Ran into one staff member (supposedly the room service manager) who didn’t speak English who tried calling someone for help, but there was no answer, as well. Lobby’s carpet was old, dirty with crumbs, the lobby’s bathroom toilet was filthy, and wall had little filth on it. The room was not to the standard as well. Outside bathroom shower door floor has traces of mold. The floor shower was chipped and water in sink and shower was weak. The sink and counter was not cleaned and had make-up particles. Under the bed was not cleaned. We took photos of the problem areas. I contacted *******’s customer service when l entered the facility and used the lobby’s restroom and explained the issues in those areas & asked whether they could help. The agent could not get hold of the front desk. He advised us that he sent an e-mail and would wait for the hotel’s response. We prepaid for the stay ahead of time and asked the *******’s agent if he could refund us or find us another hotel. Unfortunately, he couldn’t help us and advised to look for other hotel and pay for another reservation at our expense!! We reserved multiple times in the past on ******* and had no issues. This time, they didn’t do a good job!!!

Stay was overall pretty good. Clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the house keepers complete disregard to the do not disturb sign on the door. My stay was for a work trip and I work overnights and often don’t get back till 6-7 am. Approx 9:00 am or so I awoke to knocking at the door still in a sleep induced daze I didn’t say anything and tried to go back to sleep thinking it’s gotta be at the next room. To my surprise a few moments later my door was opened and house keeping proceeded in unannounced. Needless to say I was quite confused and all I could get out was an abrupt HELLO! She responded Hello back and walked back out. I understand they have a job to do but to respect guests privacy is rather important. Outside of that one incident through my stay I can’t complain.
