Dirty hotel and poor customer service. Waited for over 20 minutes & no one was at the front desk for help. There was just a post-it note on the counter saying “no early check in” on the counter. Called on phone three times and no answers. Ran into one staff member (supposedly the room service manager) who didn’t speak English who tried calling someone for help, but there was no answer, as well. Lobby’s carpet was old, dirty with crumbs, the lobby’s bathroom toilet was filthy, and wall had little filth on it. The room was not to the standard as well. Outside bathroom shower door floor has traces of mold. The floor shower was chipped and water in sink and shower was weak. The sink and counter was not cleaned and had make-up particles. Under the bed was not cleaned. We took photos of the problem areas. I contacted *******’s customer service when l entered the facility and used the lobby’s restroom and explained the issues in those areas & asked whether they could help. The agent could not get hold of the front desk. He advised us that he sent an e-mail and would wait for the hotel’s response. We prepaid for the stay ahead of time and asked the *******’s agent if he could refund us or find us another hotel. Unfortunately, he couldn’t help us and advised to look for other hotel and pay for another reservation at our expense!! We reserved multiple times in the past on ******* and had no issues. This time, they didn’t do a good job!!!
