The room was great! Beds were somewhat comfortable not sure it was the sheets that weren’t helping. But overall we had a great experience at the Hilton! The outside building doesn’t have a sign, so when we pulled in we weren’t sure if we were at the the right place. Just a heads up, if you see a restaurant connected to a building with no name you are at the right place.

Expected better/more amenities from a Hilton brand name hotel due to the high daily rate & being located in Northbrook. The freezer in the refrigerator was FROZEN solid, the mini coffee maker was almost impossible to turn on and the vent in the bathroom barely worked. The sauna/hot-tub was a HUGE disappoin**ent. The pulses or vents blew so high, loud & hard you had to shut them off. Within 1 minute the surrounding floor was flooded & the drains couldn’t keep up.

Very helpful, professional and friendly Young woman at the front entrance lobby … Hopefully I remember her name correctly: BROOK. I made mistake on my reservation and Brook patiently helped and was able to fix my mistake without any trouble. Her effort really saved my entire trip and my stay at Hilton that weekend.

The bed was on a platform, which was covered by a bedsheet. I did not know the platform was there and banged my leg on it. Maid service was inadequate. There is no Covid epidemic now, so there should be daily maid service. The breakfast was expensive and terrible. The hotel wanted to charge me for leaving early, but eventually didn’t since I was leaving early to avoid a storm coming to DC. I had seen nothing that said I would be charged for leaving early. It must have been in the very fine print!

Frustrating when I called the property to confirm late check-in, “we don’t have a reservation for you.” Spent 10 mins trying to resolve the morning of the stay. Once I arrived on site, it was a great experience.

This was a great hotel and very comfortable in a quiete location. We used the pool and the jacuzzi. If you need the sauna, switch it on before you use the pool - takes time to warm up.

Booked this property for the pool and the on site restaurant, both of which were unavailable, Not notified of this until the cancellation period had lapsed (about three hours before check in got an email notification of these). No refund offered. The room was otherwise satisfactory if dated. Bathroom door opened inward into a very small space so can confirm the prior complaints of inaccessibility. Staff was cordial and helpful if limited in what they could do for us at that point, by policy and not attitude. Would not book again.

We arrived at hotel, contacted ******* chat and person DIBI, late night emergency air conditioning went out. ******* couldn't contact hotel because phone system was out/ not working at all. ******* agent and front desk could not communicate at all because of this. Hotel agreed to refund penalty but unable to communicate with *******. Hotel staff was unhappy with situation and it was a nigh**are. We left the hotel.
