芝加哥希爾頓逸林飯店-阿靈頓高地(DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - Arlington Heights)

This hotel is amazing! We checked in after midnight because we were attending a concert at The Chicago Theatre. There was no issue with the late check-in, and we were greeted by two extremely nice staff who were happy to answer any questions we had. They also gave us some delicious warm cookies. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast, but the staff recommended the food. The hotel was extremely clean and the shower pressure was the best. The last thing I must say is the king mattress is the most comfortable mattress in the world and the pillows were great too. We'd give more stars if we could, and will definitely stay here again!

The property is outdated (popcorn ceiling, old brown wallpaper, heating and cooling system worn out, carpet beat up, bed hard to touch,) but it's clean. The staff was helpful and the cookies were okay it took two days to get one. The housekeeping lady was so nice and courteous, she did an excellent job maintaining my room. I did try to be as neat as possible. I would try a different hotel next time but this hotel isn't my last choice.

Check in went fine. Until a knock on the door at 10pm when I was sleeping asking me if I was smoking in the room. (I don’t smoke). As I said no, the guy then asked again am I sure?”. I said yes I was positive since i don’t even smoke. The next day i didn’t receive room service at all. I called down to the front desk and no answer twice. I go to the front desk to ask to speak to a manager and got told there is no one there and they will call me in the morning. Never received a call at all. The shower and toilet consistently made a noise throughout the entire night as well.

I was upset, that the pool and fitness were closed for renovation at the time of my stay. I have chosen double tree over other hotels in Arlington for its 4 stars and facilities itself, but was not actually able to use those. Moreover, hotel didn’t compensate for this inconvinces anyhow. This is disappointing, hence I was not informed on closed pool and fitness at the time of reservation. I thought it’s unfair to customers. I hope this hotel can be more client oriented and accommodating to customer needs and complains. The cleanliness in the room itself was not as expected. Bathroom could have been cleaned more properly from stains. Also, I didn’t have enough towels for everyone. The only positive note, beds were very comfy.

Honestly I booked thru ******* and the price for 2 nights was fair even with taxes include.. but when I arrived to the place and made my payment .. they charged me twice and now they said It was a no show fee smh, I obviously check in how’s that a no show

The shuttle was literally never available for any of the times stated it would be. My sister and I flew in and out at differing times and the shuttle was not available at 8am, 10am, 4pm, or any other time we tried for the airport. We ended up spending over $60 to take a rideshare instead. The entire reason we chose this property was the free airport shuttle. Rediculous and will never stay here again.

I booked a room with two queen beds, those were actually double beds, we were 4 and it was difficult 2 in each bed, eventually was up the whole night

When asked about a ride to the airport with the shuttle the next morning, staff couldn’t guarantee the driver would be to work to on time.
