凱迪拉克底特律威斯汀飯店(The Westin Book Cadillac Detroit)

Beautiful hotel- lobby renovation was just finished the day before. Liked the seating arrangement in the lounge-plenty of space for groups to hang out together. Food at conference provided at hotel was excellent. Very quiet for sleeping. Convenient location for additional restaurants in the area. Impressed they had my room ready at 1:30.

My only complaint was that the bathroom felt a little, just a little dirty. I looked up and saw the vent was covered in lint/ fuzz. Other than that, rooms were nice and big. Shower was hot and the shower head was amazing. Complementary waters in room and Starbucks on site. 9.5/10 just for fuzzy bathroom.

Non speaking english staff in hosue keeping is a challenge

The hotel was book to copacity so there lots of issue from lack of hotels in the pool area to no extra pillows for the room. There was room service let out in our hallway from Wednesday night all the way to when we left Friday afternoon. Not very sanitary!

Good confortable hotel with good amenities such as gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi but the staff in front desk need additional customer service support

A little on the expensive side but it was worth it. The only complaint was a not so nice waitress in the bar area. Thank you!

The BEST! I stayed here for 4 nights to watch local sports (LGRW). Clean, friendly staff, and in an amazing location. You can walk to restaurants, stadiums and shopping outlets. I am coming back again next month and I didn’t even debate where to stay. Already booked again.

Our stay at the Cadillac Westin was magical. The staff was helpful and courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the second floor restaurant, pool, hot tub and gym. Everything was beautiful and inviting. Food was very good and reasonably priced. My family and I will this hotel again when we have another outing in Detroit.
