南棕櫚海灘度假村(Southern Palms Beach Resort)

We were given a lower grade room than we had paid for and he’d to move twice before we got the correct one . They were aware this had happened but did not tell us until we complained. Food is good , however if you do not like Indian cuisine your choices will be limited. Wine on the all inclusive is poor. staff are brilliant , management not so much . Annoying that you cannot go for a walk on the beach without getting swamped by beach sellers.

Nice hotel. Great food choices. Staff was helpful and had great customer service. Night time entertainment was very enjoyable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in having a good time.

Diane beach is a gem. The locals are extremely friendly. The pool is large and very accommodating, always clean as well. Buffet was good, the menu changes daily. Very friendly staff, fun night time entertainment. Snorkeling in the open beach was my highlight 🏝🌴

Wonderful hotel - great location and also the facilities are great. The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. ) Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible. the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen. the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen, sauberen Strand und verfügt über einen ausserordentlich grossen Pool. An beiden Orten gibt‘s genügend Liegestühle, um zu relaxen. Stets gut aufgelegte Animateure sorgen dafür, dass man auch etwas für die Fitness macht. Dies ist auch nötig, denn die Köche sorgen überall für exzellentes Essen. Erwähnenswert ist sicher auch die Tatsache, dass einem wirklich alle Angestellten vom Empfang über den Service bis zur Reinigung nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch hilfsbereit, interessiert und stets mit einem Lächeln gegenüber stehen. Sie sind es, die dafür sorgen, dass man über gewisse Mängel der Hotelanlage hinwegsieht. Auf jeden Fall wird dieses Hotel auch bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Mombasa bzw. Diani Beach wieder meine Unterkunft sein.

This was a beautiful resort. The pools and grounds were well maintained. There was abundant staff and all were welcoming. We felt very safe at this resort and well taken care of. The food selection was good and they had many different options available. The only thing I didn't care for was the people asking to buy products while relaxing on the beach. There likely isnt much the resort can do about this and there was security around, but it didnt feel relaxing to be asked to go shop when you just wanted to listen to the ocean waves. Just noting for others to be aware of this. I would highly recommend this resort and the ocean front room was beautiful!

Positive: Nice hotel with very nice personal. Each evening different animations (bingo, accrobstics, regionsl dance groups....). Animators are making a lot to entertain. Nice spot to Diani Beach. guests. Negative: hotel is strongly dedicated to indian guests (buffet, music...). Netflix & Amszon Prime are proposed but never able to dial in. Free chanels only sport and indian TV.... Nevertheless, you can have a great stay by changing sometimes the place to eat and making very nice visits beside a safari....

- Wifi was unreliable - had to ask for fresh towels for my room. Otherwise I assume the expect you to reuse the same one. -Appearance of the bedroom was a bit deceptive compared to pictures on websites. - Friendly staff they were awesome, helpful and trustworthy. - Not a good location for a young couple (35/48 we found the entertainment Boring and like child’s play) Good location for those with children. -Stained bed sheets were disturbed, pen marks, dried blood etc. -Food was good but redundant. -No iron in the bedrooms, staff will assist you with ironing for a fee. At the end of the day, I wouldn’t book again. It just wasn’t a fin time for me.
