They advertised service dogs welcome and then submitted an unauthorized credit card charge despite the room rate being significantly lower. This is wrong and unfair.

This accommodation was close to everything in town. If you’re going on the train ride, there’s no need to pay for parking. You can easily walk to the station. The room was clean and ready when we got there. Negatives - the bathroom is really small between the sink and the shower. So, if you have mobility issues, this could be a problem. Otherwise, this is a good option for a place to stay in Bryson City.

friendly service at check in, came to ride the Smokey Mountain train. Cute little town, plenty of good eating options. Not the Ritz Carlton but very doable for one night.

I really enjoyed my stay there and would stay again. It’s close and within walking distance to all downtown Bryson City. The rooms are clean but small and the owners are very friendly. They gave us towels to clean off our motorcycles everyday. Only downside is it’s close to the road is loud and the inn is small. Highly recommend!

Very convenient property. Nice accommodations, owner was very kind to call and let me knew they close the office at 10:30 pm so he would leave a key out for us, due to being stuck in traffic and not getting there till later. I do wish they had a n extra security lock on the door besides the dead bolt. I didn’t feel unsafe, just cautious.
