I’m never found any hotel has amazing facilities like Evian spa . They have snow room and many facilities I can not remember the name . The staff was nice especially my therapist Meri / Mira I don’t memorize her name .but she so friendly and warm . She has magic hand and focus with the concern area.and only this spa I think they can make it special event set up . I will bringing my sister someday to Evian when she had birthday .

OK, so based on reviews etc decided to stay here even though I am a Marriott Bonvoy loyalty member. Arrived at 6am and was not expecting a room for early check-in but if you don't ask then you will not know. Walked up to checkin counter, no greeting what so ever. Asked if it was possible to checkin early and he said no and that they are totally full. No occupancy left. I said OK fair enough. I said I wanted to pay for breakfast for 2 adults for 6 nights so wanted to go eat breakfast at that time. They said it would be 150 QAR each per day. I said I had an email from the reservations team that it was 115. They said no that was wrong and not sure why reservations would say that. Asked to speak with manager who arrived promptly. Told him that I was told to checkin later at 2pm but wanted to clarify breakfast costs. He told me to sort breakfast costs out direct with restaurant but he said he can give me a room straight away at 6am (even though it was an upgraded room which I know it was not). So for a hotel that was at full capacity that now had rooms available was appreciated. Went to room, left luggage then headed to breakfast to pay for 2 adults. Lady there said it was 150 per couple! So now, 3 different prices but as I got it at the cheapest version I went with that, LOL. OK, so the breaskfast is crap. Cold food sorry to say but really a breakfast spread...more just cold stuff, continental....and you can get eggs/waffles, avocado/toast. Bakes beans cold, halloumi cold, mushrooms on one day stone cold. Me and my wife were vegetarian (no egg either) so limited in options. The managers Anuj and specially Reda did pull it out of the bag and got us hash browns and parathas when we asked but not sure why these sort of options have to be requested. Normally, what you pay is what you get but at 115 each (around £25 each the breakfast is crap). It was only because Expedia was going to re-imburse me that we went for breakfast, otherwise we would have gone to the vegan cafes opposite - Mylk or EverGreens). The rooms, nothing special. Clean but weighing scales not working, TV channels crap and water leaking from shower area into bathroom area so had to block it off with a towel. Location is OK...opposite a good shopping mall, but to be honest I would just pay a little more and stay at the Marriott which is linked to the Mall. Now this is where the pain was. Whenever we wanted to leave the hotel and go to the Gate Mall next door we would have to get off at floor 2, walk across the lobby to catch another lift to get to the ground floor. Our key card did not allow us to go all the way down to the ground floor from our room floor. Security told me to get access from the reception. I asked Mohammed at reception if I could get that and he said that option was only available for long stay guests and because we were there for ONLY 6 nights it would not be possible to arrange that. I told him that was useless and he could not care less

近4個月內陪小孩連續出國比賽，繞了地球一圈，這家多哈的公寓式酒店是感覺最好印象最難忘的。房間在43層，面積很大有50多平米，兩面牆都是落地窗，視線非常棒。雖然不緊靠海邊且多少給前面的高樓擋住些視線，還是能看到波斯灣。另一面落地窗外沒有高樓，城市景緻和路況一覽無餘，還能看到國家大清真寺和足球世界盃賽體育場。自助早餐很豐富很棒，環境也很好。中午和晚上都是自己做，在步行一刻鐘的當地最大購物中心裏的家樂福買好食材，用房間裏的電磁爐和微波爐做好，邊欣賞窗外景緻邊享受美食很愜意。這家多哈的Voco公寓酒店是近四個月住過4個國家8家酒店中各方面最好的一家。

It’s great place to have such a wonderful meal. I ordered Thai Duck curry / compauo chicken etc … from the ala cart menu . Also had wonderful Asian buffet . Great staff with smiling face especially Chef Ramu / Nyi and Erika etccc very nice. It’s a great place to visit for couple or as group of people.

2 days ago, My mother and sister made me stay in the hotel to clean and take care of the room while they pack up some of our heavy bags and items step by step to go to a new apartment, a couple hours passed and I heard continuous knockings on the door. I thought my mother and sister came back but it turned out to be a random man with light blue shirt and dark pants. He would keep trying to look at the room as he asked me a question if we are gonna leave now with a very rough tone. I told him no because I am still waiting for my family to come back and after hearing that he just left. I found it suspicious since he would appear on a phonecall on the other room near us pointing at our room everytime my sister and I come back from the pool. A day passes from that time and my mother filed a complain for that incident. And now today as we are gonna pack up and leave since we were about to be ready. But, when my mother and I were packing our bags to the car and come back for the next ones. My mother gave me the card so i can open the door for our room and get the next bags. It appeared the card already expired even tho it was 8:30 AM when it deactivates at 11 AM confirmed by the staff Many things happened of course but this was the view I had.

We stayed 3 days at Sheraton with a baby. The hotel has a great central location, perfect beach and very green big territory perfect for walking. We enjoyed their great service, overall the staff was very helpful, kind and indeed exceeded all our expectations. Many thanks also to Mr. Shiva Bovas, who was making our stay very special, comfortable and pleasant. Also I would like to highlight, that the gym is the best, we have ever seen in the hotels - very big and modern. Thanks a lot, Sheraton Team, we will come back.

Upon check in staff was superb duper warm and friendly welcoming us especially Wilson with the great smile assist crew members with their luggage..room was superb and excellent..the best ever hotel I'm staying on year 2024..overall from hotel staff,hotel facilities and location I will give 10/10 and 5star rated..hope it will be maintained all over the year..tq so much again Wilson on ur hospitality towards us crew members.

因工作原因，我長住在Aleph Doha Curio Collection By Hilton, 2304房間。作為鑽石會員，我曾住過很多希爾頓集團下的酒店。在我看來這家酒店根本不符合希爾頓的服務標準。housekeeping服務非常糟糕，經常更換服務人員打掃我的房間，可以理解他們需要輪班。但是！經常換一些從未經過培訓的人來打掃, 把我私人的床上用品，甚至是枕頭都放在地上。我真的很無法忍受，覺得每天睡在屎上，他們這樣的服務太噁心了，簡直是侮辱希爾頓集團。像今天這種情況，當然不是第一次發生，當我每次反饋給工作人員後，沒有任何結果。住在這裏一年多，關於HSKP的問題，HSKP經理Gulem從未解決這些問題，從未當面給我過任何解釋。 I have been staying at Aleph Doha Curio Collection By Hilton for a long time due to my work. As a Diamond member I have stayed in many hotels under the Hilton group. In my opinion, this hotel is not up to Hilton's standard of service at all. the housekeeping service was very poor, and the service staff was often changed to clean my room, which is understandable that they need to work in shifts. However! I was constantly replaced by people who were never trained to clean, leaving my personal bedding and even my pillows on the floor. I really can't stand it, I feel like I sleep on **** every day, and it's disgusting and insulting to the Hilton group for them to serve me like this. This is certainly not the first time a situation like today has happened and when I give feedback to the staff each time, nothing comes out of it. Staying here for more than a year, regarding the HSKP issues, the HSKP manager Gulem has never resolved the issues, never given me any explanation in person.

因為我在多哈出差，所以我每周都住在W公寓式酒店。我從哪兒說起呢，你真的感覺自己像是W家族編外的一員！ 從門口的工作人員到接待處以及一直到餐廳的每個員工都非常友好。超級友好，我的意思是自然的友好，而不是假裝出來的。我們大部分時間都在W酒店度過，我們從來沒有覺得有必要去其他地方，W提供我們需要的一切......無論是美味的飲料，美味的食物還是衹與朋友聊天。 曾經有幾次我不得不向團隊指出令我不滿的地方，但他們在解決這些問題時非常迅速。W團隊，保持哦！ ......咱們很快會再見麪啦。

Well, where do I start. So much so say and so much praise for the staff. From my arrival, I was met with a very smiley Maneesh. I had travelled all day and was exhausted but the smile from Maneesh put me at ease. He was very gentle and kind and made me feel very relaxed. Upon hearing the room I was to be allocated to, I kindly asked Maneesh for alternatives. That was no problem for me. He said sure, I will take you up to see two options. I eventually settled for the 2nd option, which was an upgrade. Maneesh insisted on taking my luggage upstairs for me and ensuring I was nicely settled. Following this, anytime I passed by the lobby, he always asked how I was and not to hesitate should I need any assistance. Please, I am asking now for Maneesh to be nominated employee of the month or even employee of the year. This is as I am a seasoned traveller and have never come across someone as kind, patient, thoughtful and sincere as Maneesh. It was a pity that after my over 2 week stay, on the morning of my departure, he was not on duty, for me to give him a little gift. Hence, by sending this message and putting it out here for all to see, this is me saying a Big Thank you to Maneesh for everything. You made my stay memorable and I will most certainly be back. I would also like to mention the kindness and ever present smile on Jenny's (hope I got the spelling right) face. She is the most beautiful and kind hearted person I came across. Sending lots of blessings and well wishes your way, Jenny. Staying at these suites was truly a home away from home. Thanks to all but mostly to Maneesh.
