多哈火炬飯店(The Torch Doha)

Frühstück ist teuer und kann nicht direkt mit gebucht werden. Aber super Lage!

Fantastic family experience. Vilaggio Mall is next door. Lots of shops and children's activities available. Staff were friendly, proactive and helpful. Room was great. Ipad controls made it easy to change the ambience at the touch of a screen. The bathroom had a lovely white tub so i recommend taking some roses and bubble bath to relax with. Shower was leaking a lot of water.... Gorgeous views on each floor. Ladies fitness facilities were really well maintained and easy to access. Hospitality and housekeeping was wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The dining experience needs some improvement. The menu items are not really gourmet. 360 Restaurant menu needs more flavour. Afternoon tea in the Tea Garden was OK. The scones need more flavour and should not be restricted to afternoon tea set menu. They were not served with clotted cream, but a local substitute maybe? Talabat service in this location is very good. Lots of quality food delivery options available. I recommend getting the app if staying at this hotel. It would be really nice if this hotel provided a cart service to take guests to and from Aspire Park. Especially for families with children. It's difficult to walk out in humid weather. A local tour would be very helpful too.

Non ci ho soggiornato, ma le stelle vanno date anche soloi per la sua imponente architettura che domina l'aspire park e l'aspire dome, a 500 metri dallo stadio di calcio che ha ospitato i Mondiali 2022; si trova presso una fermata della metro per cui e' anche facilmente raggiungibile

My expectations where incredibly high ... however the experience was extremely dull. Reception and entire atmosphere in hotel is very bland ... although check-in was smooth, no explanation of hotel facilities for instance or anything. The room is actually quiet modern .. however mattress very uncomfortable. Breakfast restaurant is ok. Overall would not recommend unless have to. Side note: The hotel does not serve alcohol

Well friends world over, Today 16th November 2023 I just checked in my room at this gorgeous looking property, The Torch, Doha. Amazing to stay here with worldclass rooms with all modern facilities. FYI : The FO team are very slow for the check-in process. They tell you what and do something else. I requested for higher floors for my family with an interconnected rooms, which at first was done by Asathi and later on after talking with his senior, was shifted to the 4th floor. The reception team are such a rude with an artificial smile on their faces. They have to know what hospitality is. Check-in time is 3 pm here but still their rooms are ready and demand guests to seat for an hour more. As such no welcome drink or water service from them for the guests after making seat for 25 minutes with family. So I suggest the Management to train the FO team and HK team to attend their guests in proper way, and don't waste much of the time while check-in.
