THE WORSE MANAGEMENT and HOTEL!!! Rude, entitled, and just don’t want to help at all .. from the moment we checked in, the bell boy refused to take our luggage because we were not staying at “the address “.. he was very rude, and left our bags outside .. one of the rooms we booked was larger for the number of guest staying in it and we had pay extra for it , during check in, we were told it is not Available , and when we asked Eman what can be done , she told us “ you figure it out !!” - we had never been spoken to in such a way ever !! And when we asked for the refund of the additional ( 814 AED ) which we had paid for the larger room , they tried their best not to pay us back our money ! Thief’s in every possible way ..

很中國風的風格，太驚喜了，雖然房間有點舊舊的感覺，但是不影響整體感受…首先前台很nice，中國小姐姐幫忙約餐廳，給一些旅行建議，對於我完全不做攻略來的第一天很有幫助，贊超nice！其次酒店就在哈利法塔裡邊，有地下通道直接去mall裏很方便！但是晚上11點後就關門了，mall太大容易找不到，也很耽誤時間。最後酒店很讚的是設計感滿滿，拍照絕美！ 洗漱用品也很OK！想吐槽的是阿瑪尼先生設計的燈光有點暗，更衣室真的有點看不清！

第一次到杜拜選擇了香格里拉酒店，因為在曼谷住過香格里拉感受到優質的服務，所以這次出遊杜拜就選擇了這家品牌五星級酒店，入住體驗是舒適的，房間衞生整潔無可挑剔，在41樓辦理入住手續，工作人員熱情優質的服務態度讓我們感到很温馨愉快，酒店有班車去bubai Moll 哈利法塔購物中心，10分鐘的車程，非常近。遺憾的是沒有拍照片在房間，窗外的景色很美，值得推薦的酒店。還有酒店的越南餐廳非常值得品嚐，正宗的越南風味，越南廚師主理。

We had a tricky check in arrived after check in time and both of our rooms were not ready, the lady on reception tried to sell me an upgrade instead, we are Diamond members and this was never acknowledged, nor any free upgrade offered. Instead she muddled through trying to sell me an upgrade. This was sorted out by the duty manager and we were offered a free dinner as an apology. The rooms are exactly as pictured online, lovely, calming and everything works. Shower pressure and ac are both good. We had a lovely Easter egg gifted and they also provided a little tent for our youngest to play in, very thoughtful. We booked a corner suite and a twin room. The pool area is small but it is a city hotel rather than a resort hotel and our children enjoyed it. Breakfast has a decent selection of food, although coffee service is a little slow.

逛街超級便利 有一個廊橋 走路不到三分周 每天整點的時候在房間都可以看到音樂噴泉 晚上的時候很好看 酒店的早點我吃了一周多 但是也沒吃夠哈哈哈 可能是吃貨吧 其實種類不算多 但挺健康的 點餐式的

I wish to thank most sincerely, two outstanding performers for this trip- Mr Ben Kennedy and Ms Salma Amr. After 21 years managing people's lives, it is rare I have the opportunity to work with people who are so organized at such a high level. It made the running of my agenda without fret, without mistakes, with every last details care for- from Ms Salma's attention to the room amendments in the Downtown Suite, to Mr Kennedy getting reservations in a restaurant which does not take reservations- this was seamless. In addition, management oversaw this delicately and professionally, so thank you to Mr Ibrahim, Ms Charie Ann and Mr Dane on Concierge who was fantastic. Thank you Ben and Salma- this is the level of customer excellence people should aspire to.

酒店位置方便，在杜拜mall旁邊，走兩步路進到商場裏面，基本曬不到什麼太陽，8月的杜拜簡直是寸步難行，但這個時候的酒店性價比高。 酒店門口很多打卡拍照的，我們定的房間裏面可以直接看到噴泉，一進酒店，就有一股濃濃的中東香水味。房間內部比較大，但設施可以感覺是在有年頭的基礎上加了些新興元素。 插座是真的不穩，總會有鬆動的情況，但因為我們入住時間比較短，也沒有再去和前台安排換房間，其它的都很滿意。

Hotel was amazing, views are incredible over the Burj Khalifa and it’s right near the Dubai Mall. Service is incredible they can’t do enough for you. Special mentions to Susmita, Akhil in the restaurant and Sherisha the lifeguard. They all made our stay even better. Food is also lovely, they have a breakfast buffet or a menu made to order. I would recommend this hotel if you a lovely chilled vibe. Thank you very much Address Fountain view, we will definitely be back.

唯一缺點是地址説明的不準確，強烈建議更改到Kempinski這個酒店，然後就到了。不錯，物有所值！
