I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Jumeirah Group for an unforgettable experience at this amazing hotel. This hotel is truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited.

the best staff that I have seen since I have been traveling and I have been traveling for 25 years,from the checkin day to checkout simply perfect,it's Dubai yes,but the little touches and the attitude of the staff are the mark of great hotels

Wanted to let express my gratitude toward Mayra Tours, in particular to Ahmed Maklad! He was always there for us, ready to help, advice and suggest best spots and trips around and in Dubai. Amazing man with a high level of professionalism! Also, a big thank you to Kyaw, who suggested an upgrade for our apartment and made our staying wonderful, with an unbelievable view we enjoyed so much! Excellente résidence hôtelière. Tout était parfait de l'accueil au départ. La chambre était très très propre et il y'avait tout pour se sentir chez soi (TV, cuisine, machine à laver, Nespresso etc) Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine exceptionnelle et du jacuzzi, une salle de sport, restaurants etc. C'est situé à 300 mètres du tramway qui vous dépose tout le long de la marina ou au pied du métro pour rejoindre Dubaï centre. Merci a Suzette au check in, au monsieur qui a porté nos bagages dont j'ai oublié le nom. Je reviendrai 👍 Mr Derbane

Perfecto, ubicación ideal. Buena relación calidad precio. Piscina infinita increible. Personal servicial. Supermercados cercanos y paseo de Dubai marina justo debajo. Buen aparcamiento. Lo mejor sin duda es la piscina, viviría en ella

Obviously everyone else who has stayed here was very lucky. Check in was good, if not a little bit over the top, but that's ok it's Dubai. I explained that I was only staying one night (had booked via **********) and that for the remainder of my trip I would be staying with my daughter who lives across the road but my room wasn't available for my first night. My toddler grandaughter wanted to come and see my room but they insisted on her passport (she's 4). I didn't have it. They told me I was upgraded, however as soon as I walked into my room I was blown away with the most disgusting stench of sewage and drains, so much so that I couldn't even use my bonus extra room as it smelt so much it made me heave. I was asked if I wanted to leave a deposit for any extras and again I explained that my daughter lives in the next building and I am simply just sleeping in the Jumeriah Living for the night, so no thank you please don't take a deposit. By the time I had reached my room I had 2 notifications from my bank indicating that 2 identical payments had been taken from my account for £124. I went to reception to query it and was told that it was a system error and they will ask finance to refund me but it will take 7 days. Why should i be inconvenienced for them basically stealing another nights accommodation from me and me having to wait a week for my own money back. Not even an apology. Oh and when I walked into my room there was a welcome card addressed to Mr Aziz - I wonder if he was originally booked there and left/was moved because of the smell? And to top it all I've just had an email asking to review the hotel but address to MR. Very sloppy.

We had an amazing time at the Jumeirah Living Marina Gate. We brought the entire family with us along with our fur-baby. The welcome was pleasant. I informed them that it's my husband's birthday. We came into the room with a cake, welcome fruits, a personalized birthday card and a decor in the room waiting for us. Jessica at the reception was warm and welcoming. The staff at Amara restaurant were very cheerful and accommodating esp. Ana and Aung. The kids pool was great for our 7-month old baby. The room was huge and clean. Our stay was extremely delightful. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you are looking to stay with your pet :) The only thing that we forgot to request in advance was to put us on a higher floor so we could've had a better view. We were on the 9th floor and the view was not really okay. Nonetheless, we had an amazing time at the hotel :)
