Mal servicio me descontaron el servicio de mi banco pero no me dieron el cuarto y mil pretextos para decir que no y ni sabe qué pasó cuando está pago

The front desk gave away our room that was reserved and paid in full. She said check in was at 4pm and since we weren’t there she gave our room to a walk in guest. She said “ first come, first served” . There were no more of our reserved rooms available for us. She gave us an ADA room. Bed was lopsided and shower leaked all night. Website indicates toiletries and coffee maker. The room had none of that. Also, the “breakfast” was coffee/tea in the lobby. The only friendly person there was the sweet housekeeper. So many more hotels to choose from. I suggest you chooses one of those.

Not happy with the room. The room had a terrible smell that was coming from the bathroom. When I picked up the toilet seat, the toilet was dirty with stool inside & the around the seat. Someone used it & didn’t flush. Should of taken a picture. The carpet is filthy and stinks bad. Will never stay here ever again & will not recommend it. Who ever is cleaning & checking the rooms are doing a very poor job. I recommend to use your sense of smell. I asked for a smoke free room & instead I got a crap smell room. You want happy customers clean up the rooms properly. Do something about the smelly dirty carpets. I was not comfortable at all.

Well the front desk check in service was not friendly and one staff seemed bothered when I requested certain items.

Dirty room ,leaky sink and bathtub ,room not smells good.Hallways smell like **** ,very loud people making noise up to 2pm. Not a good stay if you’re working and need a place to relax after work.Good location near restaurants and supermarkets that’s it.

My first room had no heat, I was able to switch rather easily thanks to the lady who checked me in. Uppon check in they give you a notice saying there will be no water from 11am-4pm. I needed the room for the day use and had to stay elsewhere to shower very inconvenient and would they have notified me before I checked in I would of moved my reservation.

Staff was really friendly. I definitely appreciated that Rinshika was really helpful.
