Although this property is newly remodeled, we found the staff to be totally unconcerned about our report of no hot water to shower or bath. I ran the water at least 5 minutes before it began to marginally get warm, my husband tried to shower with no hot water. When reporting this issue, all we got was well no one else has complained! No offer of refunding a portion of the fee or anything. Just a blank stare and no concern for the issue. We left the hotel not being able to clean up or use the water facilities since there was no hot water. Nor do they tell you if the window is open none of the a/c or heating units work. We had to discover this ourselves!

There was no hot water for my entire stay. I had to take ice cold shower, which was not ideal considering I was here for an important business event. It would be nice for Mariott to give a credit or refund for some of my stay

We had two employees staying here for 4 nights for work. Both rooms were paid for in advance. Upon check in at 4:00 PM we completed a credit card authorization form for any incidental charges (i.e. taxes, parking, etc.). Our employees were given keys and went on their way to their rooms. At 10:00 PM, a hotel employee woke both gentlemen up, got them out of bed, and ask them to leave their rooms and sit in the lobby, because according to this Marriott employee one checked box was missing from the credit card authorization form. The owner of our company received a phone call at 10:30 at night asking for another form to be completed. He then had to complete another form online with the same information previously submitted. It had been 6 hours since the first form was completed and they were allowed access to their hotel rooms. This was gross mismanagement and disrespectful on Marriott's part. Our employees were embarrassed and felt harassed by the Marriott employee that forced them to exit their room at 10:00 PM. The form had all the credit card information and this could have been resolved either at time of check in, or the next morning.

Our stay was very good. What was not good was when I called to confirm my reservation Marriott's reservation person told me I did not have a reservation. I had booked with ********** and they were very helpful in making sure that I did indeed have a reservation. The Marriott person was not at all helpful and infact was rude to me, insisting I DID NOT have a reservation. I was not happy.

I got away for a couple of days and booked a stay at the Marriott. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I will definitely be back. It is a comfortable, clean and friendly location located in a great spot. Every employee I came in contact with was fabulous. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The parking lot is well lit and the surrounding area is safe. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
