Employees were all very courteous and pleasant, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

We were able to check in early and our room upgraded which we were so thankful for. The front desk staff was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. The property is very clean. Cons: A little tricky to get to it from the main road. There was a weird ticking noise in the bathroom but it was late so we didn’t call for maintenance. The AC would not kick on and it was pretty warm. The walls are very thin and we could hear the people above us, sounded like stomping around. Other than that it was a good stay!

Front desk service was impeccable! Robert in the evening was very nice and welcoming. Max was lovely in the early morning! Thank you so much for making my stay a wonderful experience.

First night was good. On second night, toilet leaked considerably, water all over floor and at 2:30am we had to move to another room.

Wonderful hotel, great location near the zoo. Clean, spacious and modern feel!

This was a great stay! Clean space, nice and spacious rooms. Continental breakfast was okay, pool is a bit small, but the hours of each made it easy for us to get up and enjoy both before the noon checkout. Didn’t have sheets in the room for our pullout bed but that was quickly remedied by the manager on duty. Would definitely stay here again!

Shower was the best designed I’ve ever seen. Towels were cheap and scratchy. Breakfast bar was substandard in some areas. Bagels were very cheap and oatmeal was watery and inedible. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel location was well situated.
