Nice hotel. Clean and tidy room. The reception is very kind and helpful. There’s McDonald’s, KFC and restaurant near by. It’s very convenience.

Had a great stay here. Great location nice and easy to get to most places. After a late arrival we had a problem with our room not being ready but Louise the receptionist sorted this for us no problem. The rooms were nice and tidy and just what we needed. The WiFi isn't the greatest but all in all a good place to stay with nice staff. Will be back.

Family time didn’t disappoint as usual love the location as near parks for kids places to eat across road staff were very Attentive room was massive and clean. Was at back of hotel didn’t hear noise from Cars throughout the night was quiet and it was a Friday night.

Stayed here for an Ice Hockey game...rink is on same site. Pretty typical Premier Inn stay to be honest. Had dinner at the pub next door, was decent enough. Breakfast was McDonalds which is also on site. Went into Dundee centre which is about a 10 min drive away. I'd recommend if you don't want to stay in centre of Dundee but still want easy access.

Lovely room, receptionist Sean was very welcoming and made us feel at home! Would highly recommend. Fresh towels in the room, kettle, tea, coffee and the tv was perfect. Loved it, would definitely return. Very local to cinema, ice rink, camperdown and also fast food takeaways on the doorstep and a lovely restaurant. Plenty of parking!

I stayed for 5 nights in Jan of 2024 and selected this hotel as I was undergoing radiotherapy in Ninewells and live too far away for travel every day. Staff were lovely, room was clean and comfortable and in a good location. The car park did have some sizeable pot holes though! I was able to check in early for £10 upon my arrival which was a massive help. I never had breakfast with the hotel but had dinner in the restaurant one night and the food was lovely! Again, great service. Very happy with my stay, was everything I needed it to be and I was very comfortable and content 😌

When I arrived I was greeted with a smile Emily was so nice and happy and made check in so cool and relaxing In the job I do it’s to meet people who have a passion in there job I was impressed with all aspects of check in and helpfulness I can’t wait to stay here again

Back here again for ice hockey and park run. This hotel has never disappointed. The guy on reception, Sean, was lovely. He was so friendly and helpful. All the other members of his team were just as friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back again soon.

Due to bad weather conditions i got a bit stranded . It was late and needed a hotel for the night . I first approached the Ibis budget Camperdown Dundee . "They wouldn't even open the doors for me " I spoke through the intercom . The man on the desk didn't ever answer . Just Shock his head and then turned his back !! . It was late but I was a woman on her own . My car was right by the door and the weather was dreadful. They weren't busy . I can see that as the car park was not th at busy . . Thank god I remembered there was a premiere Inn by the cinema. Straight away the lady on the desk opened the doors . What a relief . and yes they had a room for the night for me . With her friendly support and information she sorted everything in a flash . Gave me my room card & directions to my room . Offering help with anything else I would need . A friendly smile and and enjoy your stay . Priceless hospitality on a night like that !!! Thank you so much . I stayed another night as the weather had reported Strong winds Floods and fallen trees . I booked on line from my room straight away . Then I went to the front desk with the details of my booking . I knew the room was from 3 pm onwards on this booking .so i needed to ask if I could just keep the room i waas in. The young man on the desk was so helpful and friendly . He sorted everything . Soon as the booking came through his system, he re programmed my card straight away for room . Can't beat a premiere Inn . With There comforts, warmth and really friendly Staff . on a very cold wet night . Thank you from the bottom of my heart guys . You saved me from a very reluctant sleep in my car that night after I was turned away from the .... IBIS BUDGET CAMPERDOWN DUNDEE 😡
