Homewood Suites by Hilton Durango

Staff was very professional. Loved the social that included cheese and salad bar, with wine and beer. And the breakfast was very nice. The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable bed. Would Devi recommend this hotel, and would stay there again!

The toilet height is for toddlers; shower doors barely acceptable; bed was uncomfortable; not a decent chair to sit in other than the desk; no daily towel change, bed making. It is about a 4th class property on a scale of 1-3. I will never stay in another Homewood Suites. Give me a Marriott property any day of the week. I paid a high, poor value price for cheap, below par accommodations. What a complete disgrace.

They did not offer USA Today. The water was cloudy, the sheets were nubby, the bed was hard, the door had chipped paint and marks, the carpet was fraying, the meeting rooms were small, the tv guide did not match the actual offerings, the tv would drop a channel mid-show, connections spotty, hot food at breakfast was cold.

Im not sure how this place came so highly rated, especially for the price. The blankets were itchy and as thin, as were the walls (stomping above us at all hours), breakfast was sub par, and the hot tub jets were anemic at best. Staff was friendly, but that only goes so far for the guest experience. Not exactly a fan of the location being near an industrial park, either. I can easily say I've had far better experiences at similar price points at competing properties. Probably wont be back here.

Wry nice rooms, comfortable beds and extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty and have a variety of hot food items each morning as well as excellent coffee.

SUPER clean! Amazing rooms! Staff was super nice. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere in the suite. We had the king bedroom suite and we loved it! The floor plan is great! We will definitely stay here again! The breakfast was just as perfect. If you are looking for the perfect hotel to stay at, this is the place! Absolutely loved it!

A quick trip to catch a flight. The room was big and clean and felt pretty new. Our only gripe was the TV was on a side wall, making it not great for the person closest to the TV. A good location for our purpose.

Great stay. Large rooms, pool, gym, close to restaurants (they even offer a list of recommended restaurants nearby), friendly staff, great breakfast. Exceeded our expectations.

Well cared for and well operated property. Convenient to downtown and the train station.
