酒店的位置很好，概念很好，但是房間有點冷而且不夠用，電視頻道也沒有土耳其頻道，我去的大多數酒店都有這個功能。

We just decided to have a final drink in the evening and decided to go to the Ruby bar. It took a while until we got recognized and als the search for the restrooms seemed very difficult. Even asking at the bar led to the single answer "1st floor". Yes, if you know that you need to take the elevator around the corner, it is easy. Back to the drinks, pink poodle 🐩 sounded nice as it should contain raspberry puree and when the drinks arrived it looked not really pink hazy, more clear. Also the taste was very artificial. Asking the bartender, he admitted that they don't have any puree only sirup, and it is as it is. Even asking if he could reduce the price of 13€, he just ignored. So, no, we will not come again, definitely better cocktail bars around

Super Zeit gehabt. Wir hatten ein Loft Zimmer, 331. Qualitativ gut eingerichtet, super Bett, top Bad mit tollen Produkten. Gibt wirklich nichts zu meckern. Extra Bonus Punkt für ein super tolles Team hinter der Bar/die 24 Stunden für einen da sind. Insbesondere großen Dank an Thomas, Steffi und Elon sowie Adriana, selten sind die Hotels heutzutage so persönlich und zugleich professionell vom Service . Nächstes Wochenende teste ich das Ruby Coco. Bin schon gespannt.

Super hotel. Na Ruby Ella Keulen en Ruby Leny Düsseldorf, verliefd geworden op de Ruby hotels. Super leuk ingericht, leuke kamers, goede matrassen, gezellig personeel, heerlijk ontbijt, overal is wel iets te zien. Perfecte locatie voor een dagje shoppen in Düsseldorf.

Ein sehr schönes modernes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die kleine Terrasse am Eingang hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht. Eine Garage ist direkt unter dem Hotel. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Super gelegenes Hotel mit sehr guten Service und einer ansprechenden Lobby inkl. toller Bar und Getränke. Zimmer sind sehr sauber, ein wenig klein vielleicht. War für uns aber egal, da wir die Stadt erkunden wollten und nicht viel Zeit auf dem Zimmer verbringen wollen. Frühstück war hervorragend, ein schönes abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Vor allem ohne Plastikverpackungen etc.
