Amazing experience from A to Z Arrived at Hotel with fantastic parking spaces and ability to charge the car. Receptionist upon check-in have been super accommodating and professional, she was helpful, smiley and very complimenting thank you Pauline!!! Room was immaculate, contained very sustainable material with amazing and spacious layout and fantastic view. Huge thanks to all housekeeping staff without exception. They prepared baby cot to our daughter with bathrobe, slippers and shampoo, conditional and lotion with some wonderful toys as well!! During the stay, they did a wonderful job day in day out with refreshing and preparing a very welcome room. Huge thanks to the F&B team at both bar and room service. They placed amazing fruits basket upon arrived with a lovely letter. Bar staff, they were smiley, professional and very accommodating, playing with our daughter and asking always if we needed help etc and making the best food and drinks with special shout-out to Eike for being amazing dusting our visits! Breakfast staff were very nice despite how busy the area is during that weekend and they have ensured to seat it somewhere quiet and prepare baby seat for our daughter, they were attentive with coffee, eggs and everything else, thank you for your hard work! Lobby, wonderful and luxury layout with amazing atmosphere, concierge / bellman Bashir or Rachid ( please excuse my spelling) was a very wonderful guy, he was chatty and funny even our daughter was running toward him, you are so kind! Lastly, we had to checkout after amazing stay to be helped by one in a million receptionist her name is Paula if am not mistaken on 28th May around 13:00! Location is fantastic, hotel is wonderful and everything else is spot on. Suitable for families, corporates and leisure!! Thank you to all the staff!!!!

有點遲評,因爲我們(我妻子和去年6月在迪士爾多夫) The Red:非常風的公寓,裝置清,很安靜。在迪士爾多夫的超位置,靠近河邊。角的很多餐廳和咖啡館。走到老城的短路。超級友好的工作人員每條路都去感覺好回家。隨時都回來。

我們在那裏度過了一個漫長的週末,我們在酒店度過了一段美好的時光。工作人員非常友好,非常高效。值班經理Mueller先生在我們身上做了出色的工作,所以與學步的孩子一起旅行很容易。非常好的食物 - 客房服務相當快,破爛美味。別忘了參觀小東京 - 那裏的餐廳令人驚歎。詢問著名的禮賓部的建議 - 他知道去哪裏。我們有一個 fab 的時間,所以感謝所有使它發生的人!!!

非常好的酒店,就在杜塞爾多夫市中心。工作人員非常友好,房間很大很乾淨。我們3歲出遊,有足夠的空間讓他玩。我們在酒店吃早餐,是平常的歐式自助早餐,有美味的食物 酒店有專門的室內停車場,在這麼繁忙的城市裏非常有幫助。這是我住過最好的酒店之一,以後一定會再住這裏。就當地活動而言,從酒店很容易到達海濱,老中心,商店和公園。我們也可以從酒店步行輕鬆地參觀所有的聖誕市場。

I stayed at this hotel for two days when visiting Düsseldorf with my family. The hotel is well located, at the end of Königsallee, the city’s main shopping street. A subway station is located just across the street. There are also a couple of restaurants across the street and two supermarkets behind the hotel. We stayed in a twin room on the top floor which was clean and reasonable in terms of size. The sink was broken but water didn’t leak. The breakfast buffet has few options for a 4-star hotel, there is hardly any fruit and milk alternatives are not available in the buffet, you need to order. Be very careful with charges to your credit cards. The hotel blocked 350 euros on my credit card upon arrival and this amount was not released when I paid for my stay. It’s been a month that I stayed at this hotel and they are still withholding the amount.

酒店停車場很大，開到3樓，然後去EG樓check- in，一般得下午三點左右才有房，早去了也衹能寄存行李。早餐挺新鮮的，值得含餐。 離店的時候問前台要停車打折券，不全免，我記得我們是一晚上最後付了20歐。 從酒店步行到萊茵塔也就十幾分鐘，10歐上個塔，然後沿街轉轉………

嗨大家好,如果外面很熱,請提醒Airco沒有正常工作。房間不能舒適地冷卻。非常令人失望。我問是否可以換房間,但似乎所有房間都有同樣的問題。我是入住經濟房112號,除了溫度問題,2人牀就140cm,相當小的牀,應該提到過小牀了,其餘的都有友善的員工,我們以後可以結賬了位置優越。靠近亞洲美食店和市中心。而且附近有便宜的停車場。我覺得如果天氣不熱的話,這是一家很棒的酒店,但夏天提到的空調是假廣告。除非你習慣呆在熱房裏,否則別呆在這裏。

價格比-質量比很好!!!價格超過合理的價格(兩張51歐元的房間,這是在杜塞爾多夫的粉紅色狂歡節星期一)。我不知道,也許人們害怕天氣不好,所以我們很幸運的價格。無論如何,便利設施都很高,而且只吃7.5歐元的早餐(對德國來說,這不貴),比讚美的還要高。吃的甜點會讓人發瘋。

每次來杜塞，四星級酒店的首選。乾淨、整潔的一家旅館。第二天的時候個人原因睡過了打掃時間，服務員從門縫貼心地遞聯繫卡片進來，提示客人如需要毛巾等請聯繫客房，這一點非常好，很尊重客人私隱。此外特別點贊酒店的早餐餐廳，豆奶、蒸魚、還有新鮮水果都是亮點。連水煮蛋都分為5分鐘蛋、7分鐘蛋等等，可見日式用心。早餐還配了米飯和味增湯，非常照顧亞洲客人的飲食習慣。總體上完全是四星酒店的天花板了。酒店門口有一個很大的出租車等待區，而且街邊就是電車707的車站通向主火車站。此外提個建議：如有翻新客房的計劃，建議更換淋浴頭，稍微增加水流強度，並且增加淋浴、浴缸區域的面積。我一米八二的身高，站進浴缸裏洗淋浴的話，水流稍弱，地方稍顯侷促。不過基本上還不錯，可以好好洗個澡放鬆一下。

This was our 3rd stay while my husband was in Dusseldorf on business. We were so pleased to see some of the staff was back after Covid, as they always make our stay so pleasant. Zeinab is the hostess with the mostest, and Marcel and Tommy are excellent chefs, serving a delicious breakfast. Tommy even made me a special little cake for my birthday! Every evening Sabina, who has a winning personality, would serve us drinks at the bar and dinner a couple of evenings. Everyone goes out of their way to meet our needs and make us feel welcome. The hotel is very comfortable with every amenity needed. The location is close to several excellent restaurants, a little market, and a lovely walk to sit alongside the Rhine River. The Altstadt is a little bit of a trek but very doable. If you need an excellent taxi driver, have the desk staff call Mahmud.

A very modern looking building in the middle of Düsseldorf Hafen district. I parked at the UCI cinema, as thought it would be easier, so cannot comment on hotel parking situation. Check-in was smooth and friendly. The room was very nice and clean, even with a small fridge (important feature for my liking). Cooling system in the room which is great and still not your usual thing in Europe so thumbs up for that!!! I was extremely lucky and had a room with a fabulous view of the harbor, just amazing! After check in i headed to the bar (first things first). Oh boy, totally and definitely recommend. Interesting not your every day typical cocktails, gorgeous views and knowledgeable and attentive staff. Loved it. All in all: definitely recommend, wasn’t last time for me. As a tiny minus i would mention that i would have appreciated some kind of slippers in the room, and room service was available only till 10 pm. Also when booking i was promised a ‘welcome drink’ which somehow never happened and was never mentioned and frankly i forgot to ask. But i do have that promise in the booking confirmation. If i might suggest anything it would have been great to be able to order some wine or alcohol to the room after 10 pm especially when the bar was opened till 1 am. But it’s just me. Oh and i couldn’t figure out how to pull up the blinds in the room, but again, it might be just me. Still most probably my choice the next time i’m in town and won’t hesitate to stay there again!

如果您在杜塞爾多夫停留超過 1 個月，我一定會推薦這家公寓。我知道你對杜塞爾多夫不熟悉，但位置非常中心，靠近 Carlsplatz。如果你是美食家，你可以在30秒內直接去麵包店（HINKEL）或Casa Luigi（意大利餐廳）。 Munstermann 也位於同一條街上。

Location right on the Rhine riverside, but inconveniently far from the city centre. No lockers -if you ask to use the luggage room, they'll just give you a key to a shared luggage room where all the other guests have access for the asking. If that's security, it's definitely low-level security! My (4-bed) dorm had 4 power points, two of which in the bathroom, which is obviously inadequate nowadays. And, even being on the 2nd floor, it was noisy with road traffic. My duvet cover had a stain. It had obvously been washed, but obviously not washed well enough. Using the washing machine and drier will cost you €7, no less. Standard German youth hostel breakfast, no pre-soaked muesli any longer, sadly. I feel torn apart about how to judge this youth hostel overall -it is on a beautiful, wholesome spot and the building is generally solid, although perhaps just not run in the best possible way at the moment.

Das kleine Hotel in Oberkassel in Düsseldorf ist persönlich geführt und sehr ordentlich. Gepflegte Zimmer. Kleines aber ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind nicht wirklich groß , aber völlig ausreichen. Gerne komme ich wieder

非常好，位置就在商業街附近，離地鐵站也蠻近的，前台的小姐姐非常好還讓我提前入住了。房間帶獨立淋浴但是廁所要在外麪，不過也很方便。早餐樣式不多但是吃飽沒問題，200來塊單人房要啥自行車~

Check in area was in an area where they had some party with loud music. You couldnt hear what the employees were saying during check in. Check in process was terrible, they almost asked for a copy of your birth certificate… i am happy if they want my address etc and a copy of my passport but this was nuts. Room clean but horrible lay put. Shower can only be reached through a room with the toilet (small room). I would not recommend this hotel
