傑克遜維爾東Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn Jacksonville-Mayo Clinic Area)

Husb. is Mayo Clinic patient. Had Outpatient Surgery at Mayo 7/20/2022. Arrived at hotel.. very close to Mayo, with our 17 yr. Jack Russell. Stayed two nights. Excellent facility. Clean, quiet. Studio room had full fridge, microwave. Sitting area and desktop were very convenient… and the walk in shower had safety features that weren’t glaring. The bed was sooo comfortable. The am breakfast was terrific! Hot waffles, eggs, oa**eal, fruit., Coffee! On a 4 am doggie out, the staff was cleaning the already spotless floor, happily listening to music and making sure things were in order for the day. The outside pool area is private and I wished there was time for a swim… maybe next time! And there will be a next time! Gracious hospitality made an anxious situation very calming . ThANKS!😋

Was convenient and close to mayo clinic. Bar/food manager wasn't professional and was full of defensive excuses as the cook screwed up the entire order, despite being given specific directions of actual food allergies and other food being forgotten. Closed after i ordered at 830, despited supposed to have stayed open till 11pm, becsuse i was told "the cook was sick and wanted to close early." Made me feel even more uncomfortable about eating there. Thats beyond against health code violations .

This hotel was amazing . I was very impressed by the room and cleanliness of the property . From everyone I met upon check -in to check -out , everyone was so helpful and nice ! Amazing customer service . Meeting other customers/residence there also was a plus because they were all so happy . I have definitely decided that this will be the hotel I will stay in every time I come to Jax .

I appreciated the restaurant and market area for needed supplies in a bite to eat. I did not like the fact that my meeting started at 6:00 a.m. and I couldn't get a cup of coffee or a bite to eat before I left. I did not like the fact I needed to be a tomato clinic by 6:00 a.m. but the shuttle doesn't start till 7:00 a.m.So that was useless. I did not like the fact that I walked around in the dark in my room trying to figure out how to turn the lights on in the middle of the night. I do want to give thanks to the young man that checked me in by the name of Milton I believe was his name he's awesome and needs a raise and a new escalade

Hotel is great, very close to Mayo Clinic. Has a bar with food, and breakfast each morning. The suites are great, very clean and comfortable. Staff is always courteous and helpful.

The location being near Mayo Clinic is ideal. Clean and the front desk staff goes out of their way to meet ones needs.

From the moment of your arrival until your time of departure from the property, the staff makes you feel welcome and go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

The property is very clean. The staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. We ordered from the on site restaurant and that was also very delicious. The problem was the bed and couch were very hard and uncomfortable. We had to go but body pillows and head pillows to add softness and comfort. The dishwasher did not work properly and leaked so I had to put towels in the floor. The stove had something fall off the bottom and it looked as if it could have been the heat shield so I was afraid to us it. The microwave worked great and the fridge was huge. Hated the tiny coffee pot that only brews one cup of not very good coffee at the time. Now the breakfast bar coffee was delicious and had lots of add in options. The room was beautiful and the bathroom amenities were very high quality. So there was good and bad. We were there 5 nights and unfortunately the cons will not allow me to pay that amount to stay again.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this facility.
