the facilities is good, especially with swimming pool, steam and sanua

I came from Birmingham couldn’t find a hotel to stay in. Found holiday inn and have to say it’s the BEST clean hotel I have been too. Friendly people too. 😊

Lovely room & breakfast good

Terrible stay!! Do not go here. First we arrived and told pool last entry is at 8. We dress up and go pool , we get turned away as pool was already closed. We pay extra for room service. We get the dinner at evening but in the morning the sheet for ordering breakfast wasn’t available. We rang the restaurant and was told they can’t do it as they are short staffed. At 12:30 we get a call being told to leave the room, we had to remind them we paid for late check out. 1pm we get a knock on the door from the cleaners asking us to clean. I tell them we are leaving in a hour. 1:30 pm same thing happens with the cleaner. Oh AC doesn’t work! Room is stuffy. And after all this the dinner, bed and breakfast we get told doesn’t include drinks and we had to pay this on our final bill!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was changed to a downstairs room as I’m a wheelchair user. Not enough disabled bays close to the entrance but I had family with me so I could manage. 3 sets of fire doors which would have been difficult for me to manage but again with family so didn’t have an issue. We ate dinner at the restaurant and though prices high with portion sizes a bit conservative but it tasted very nice. Though disabled lift and hot tub were not working, the staff helped as much as they could. Disabled toilet wasn’t very clean and used as a store but staff cleared it up for me to use. Breakfast was pleasant Check out was quick and easy Over all it was a pleasant stay thanks to the lovely friendly and helpful staff

Was disappointed with a few things heating in room did not work ,bulb on bedside table out , jacuzzi & steam room closed staff were excellent and did try & resolve what they could brought heaters to the room & replaced the bulb although no management got back to me re complaint’s as I really felt price should have been discounted!

Not brilliant and not 10 out of 10 (5＞6 at most). I had an issue straight away with TV, three remote changes and TV change later it was resolved by the receptionist who had the same issue elsewhere in the hotel. Ordered and paid for the food in traditional manner in the restaurant, then had to go and collect the receipt at reception, what a palaver, (reason given was they didn't have a VAT printer in the restaurant?) this was exasperated when you had to wait for the receptionist to return. May having been playing musical TV's and controls elsewhere! Asked for a do not disturb door sign; never turned up. It may have prevented the cleaner knocking in the morning to ask if I needed anything, a little disconcerting as I was working nights.

Veldig lytt mellom rommene og gammel standard på inventar og eksteriør. Badet var relativt nyrenovert
