Not brilliant and not 10 out of 10 (5>6 at most). I had an issue straight away with TV, three remote changes and TV change later it was resolved by the receptionist who had the same issue elsewhere in the hotel.
Ordered and paid for the food in traditional manner in the restaurant, then had to go and collect the receipt at reception, what a palaver, (reason given was they didn't have a VAT printer in the restaurant?) this was exasperated when you had to wait for the receptionist to return. May having been playing musical TV's and controls elsewhere!
Asked for a do not disturb door sign; never turned up. It may have prevented the cleaner knocking in the morning to ask if I needed anything, a little disconcerting as I was working nights.
