Mesmerizing scenic beauty, impeccably well maintained property and at the heart of it all helpful, courteous and friendly staff - made our stay in Vivanta an unforgettable experience! The warmth shown by the staff will forever be etched in our minds. They catered diligently to all of our needs and went out of their way to source a few medicines that were needed in emergency for us.

Vivanta Pakyong gave us all that we were looking for during our short vacation in Sikkim, large well fitted and comfortable rooms with all the amenities one comes to expect in a hotel of this class. What made Vivanta special, and our vacation so wonderful were the people who staffed the hotel, warm, friendly and welcoming. The service was excellent. A special call out to Rekha & Bishen at the front desk / lobby who greeted us with smiles and always ready to help; Dipesh, Prem, Anmol & Anisur at Mynt and finally Durga at the spa who was so pleasant and provided an amazing aroma therapy session. While we had a wonderful stay at Vivanta and I have rated it very high, a word of caution those planning a stay at Vivanta Pakyong in the immediate future, the approach road to the hotel is presently quite bad in stretches. The earlier short and good approach road was destroyed in a landslide, a new approach is being built and there is a lot of road work going on and hopefully we will have a good road soon - of courts in the hilly terrain, one has to be prepared for narrow roads & hairpin bends.

As always I liked the stay at Taj Properties. Taj Vivanta, Pakyong is not an exception for it. A pretty descent, reasonable stay Tata Taj property in Sikkim. I liked the food as well. Overall I recommend the place for stay & having relishing food. Thanks,

Très bel hôtel loin de tout et surtout de Gangtok. Il faut 1 bonne heure pour y accéder depuis la ville et la route est à peine carrossable. Le point positif de son emplacement est le grand calme et la verdure.

We thoroughly enjoyed Taj hospitality at Vivanta Pakyong on our trip to Sikkim . I’ve stayed with multiple hotel chains but Taj hotels always trump the rest . Their care and concern is so heartfelt and unlike anything I have experienced. Vivanta Pakyong is a wonderful property nestled amidst the hills and is a treat to sore eyes . I would like to personally thank Veronica , Pubyang , Mingma , Jeenat , Priyanka , Ayush and Prem for making our stay so enjoyable .
