Supposed to be in a smoke free room. The entire second floor smelled like cigarette smoke! It got into our Cpap machines, our clothing. Had to rewash our clean clothes and clean our Cpaps when we got home. The smoke detector in our room, was hanging by 2 wires from the ceiling. The back and side doors were being propped open by garbage cans, rocks. Each guest is given a key, so we had the suspicion that people that weren't supposed to be there, were coming in. There was a gal sitting on a heater in a hallway, on her phone, by one of the doors, and when we approached, she took off like a shot. Just made us think, "what the?" The reason we chose this hotel was because the website stated there was a restaurant/lounge. Perfect for us, because we would be tired after traveling. Checked in, and asked about the hours for those, only to find out the restaurant/lounge had not reopened since covid. Disappointment. The hotel was pretty clean, but is old enough, so that clean doesn't look clean. One hand towel for 2 people and no washcloths. Sheets on the bed, but no blanket. Most of the employees we saw were friendly with a "hello." And the continental breakfast was decent. No eggs, but there were pancakes. We won't stay there again and don't recommend it.

This hotel is TERRIBLE!! It was so dirty! dust everywhere like it hasnt been dusted in weeks, toilet paper and hair left inside toilet bowl , old dirty sock under the couch, bottle cap on floor next to head board and very dusty and dirty behind headboard on floor, no blanket, outlets are so worned out that the lamps kept going out because plugs kept falling out, couple things I was charging died because we moved in the bed and knocked the cords out 🙄🙄 seriously? It was not vacuumed either! Very disappointed. It sure did not carry the ramada hotel reputation thats for sure, very discusting!! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my animals let alone people. DON'T DO IT, KEEP SCROLLING!!

This hotel is rundown and needs to be renovated. The staff is trying hard but its tough when you don't have much to work with. The room was clean but not the halls and lobby. The elevator was out of order. Breakfast was non existent at 7:00 AM 9/2/22. The remote control for the TV barely functioned.. Waited 20 minutes to check out because no one was at the front desk. Steer clear.

The hotel was disgusting and smelled horrible everywhere. We were checked into a room that wasn't cleaned from the previous guest, then transferred to another room that had the same problem, then transferred to another room that might have had a brief cleaning but was still dirty. We should have moved to another hotel but it was late and we needed to sleep. When we woke in the morning we realized there was no smoke detector in our room. The guy at the front desk admitted they had no housekeeping staff working that day to clean, but it kind of seems like that's everyday when you look at the place. There was no elevator in service, there were obvious maintenance requirements everywhere you looked in this building. They violate the fire code and should be shut down immediately. I deserve a refund for having to put up this. They shouldn't even be open for business.

Booked this hotel thinking Ramada was a good chain. This hotel was awful, disgusting!! It should be torn down or given a major renovation. The staff was very nice and understanding though. We checked in and went to our room, opened the door and had to check if it was the right room since it looked like someone was already staying there. Long story short the room was never cleaned from the previous guest. The room smelled of cigarettes and the bathroom was full of stinking garbage. We get another room which smelled of cigarettes as well with a view of the pool. Loud kids and spot lights in the room. There were stains on the bed skirt, the sofa and chair. I would not remove my shoes!! We picked up our bag as and cancelled our reservation. We left!! No way we would spend a night there let alone 2. So awful!! DO NOT STAY THERE!!

Very dirty, place is falling apart, way too expensive for what they offer which is almost nothing. We had no towels and the service desk took hours to find them. They brought us 2 towels for 2 rooms with 3 adults and 2 children, and told us they didn't have others.

Let’s put it this way. The pictures and the hotel are two totally different things. The hotel is so dirty and in poor conditions. They have no supplies in case your sheets are dirty. The front desk man is a sweet heart and takes his job serious, but because of his poor management he has to refund a lot of paying customers. Please do better or just knock the whole thing down so someone who knows how to run a hotel can create a nice hotel that people can actually stay at.

Facility is in poor condition, is damp and smells. We were given the wrong room first - one that didn't even exist - then that was corrected. Hide-a-bed not made up and no linens available. We needed the bed, so clerk "found some" in the laundry room. Breakfast was almost nothing - pancake machine, quite limited by the cranky monitor, nothing else hot. Desk clerk made a real effort but problems beyond her control.
