We check-in very late around 4:00am due to our late flight and 1 missing piece of luggage. Got our room promptly, but the bath tub was choke and dirty. Tried to change our room, but was told that there was no other available room, but they sent someone to fix it in the morning. The hotel is pretty basic, more for people with own transport. Location wise, there is not much around the area, but we found Denny's within walking distance. There are a couple of other eating places as well, though we didn't try them.

Hotel prices are great, but the hotel is run down and lots of drug use and woman being strung out and being pimp out .

I booked two rooms for my family through the Red Roof Inn app, and received a written confirmation from them. When we arrived at the property, we were charged a higher rate. The desk attendant claimed a problem with the Red Roof Inn computer. The property itself was very poorly kept. The grounds, were filthy, and littered with beverage containers, cigarette butts and other debris. It was very clear to us that this property was geared towards long-term guests and not travelers.. Many guests were sitting in the hallways and other public areas.and the hallways smelled of smoke as did our non-smoking rooms. in our two rooms, neither of the refrigerators were working. The microwaves and televisions in both rooms were plugged into a lamp on the desk. In both rooms, the grounding stud for the microwave ovens had been removed so that the plug would fit into the lamp rather than a normal grounded socket. We unplugged both because it made us feel very unsafe.

The hallways had a foul smell to them, that only got worse as we entered the room. The TV did not work, and the blankets/pillows were not clean. Speaking of that, the pillows were both placed vertically on the bed. The 'special feature' of a phone had the wires exposed. The elevator was vandalized. Then to top it off we were not refunded for the 20 minutes we stayed. The outside in, looks like there are people living there. (Broken blinds, box fans in the window) Would not recommend

Do NOT stay at this .place! Upon arrival there was only one washcloth and one hand towel in the room . Non smoking room but burn mark on the bedspread. Carpeting was disgusting and God knows when it was last swept Markings on the wall where roaches had been killed but wall not cleaned off and parts of the insect still smashed in place. Front desk staff was only good part.

This place was absolutely awful. Shower was dirty, bathroom was tiny, pull out couch mattress felt like it was from 1872, staff was rude and full of attitude. 1 towel for 4 people? Give me a break. Had to go down and get more towels, sheets and pillows. Waited at the desk for at least 20 minutes for someone to assist me. No bell so I literally just stood there. The room was not up to quality standards. I guess I got a bed, right? Who knows how clean those even were. Slightly felt like I would possibly get murdered in my sleep. I didn't, BUT it was sketchy. You get what you pay for, but this was not one of those things. This hotel wasn't even worth 20 bucks to me. 100/10 do not recommend. The paintings were kind of cool. I'd pay a dollar fifty to see them... That's being generous.

I booked a 3 day stay on *********** for a Friday till Monday so I could go to the fair. I prepaid 2 months in advance to guarantee my booking. Well the day that I arrived from Florida and was about to check in, I received a call from the hotel saying that they canceled my reservation because they overbooked, umm that is crazy since I reserved it 2 months ago, the thing is, you raised your rates due to the fair and was able to rebook it putting me out of my reservation. I called *********** and they said this was bad business on their part and I will be getting my full refund and they are going to be placed on the list for unreliability when reservations are being made. I will never recommend this place and by the looks of some reviews, I dodged a bullet…

Absolutely a dump, read the other reviews if they are 1/5 they are all accurate. The rooms are disgusting and when you book a room with two double beds and arrive, they tell you sorry those rooms are gone, you now have a room with a bed and a sofa bed no matter what your reservation states. Two other groups of guests left before I could check in with the same issues and dirty rooms. No matter how great the price is don’t do it. Gross and terrible service.
