新英格蘭飯店(The New England)

Such a fantastic stay this weekend. From the second we arrived to a lovely warm welcome, everything has been perfect. A beautifully decorated bedroom, spotlessly clean with the handy fridge. Comfy bed too! Most of all, the team made all the difference - so friendly, so helpful & genuinely seemed to care that we had a good time. Our breakfast was perfect - my fresh fruit salad was so fresh & beautifully made and the pancakes came with a gloriously generous portion of syrup! My husband said his full english was also great; and he stayed on in the lounge & said he had a lovely coffee! All of the awards on display are well deserved & we can’t wait for an excuse to come back. I would never normally book a B&B but saw the good reviews & took a chance - I’m so glad we did.

What a lovely B&B like a small hotel, very clean in the public areas and room, Breakfast was very yummy, beds were so comfortable. Both owners were so friendly and kind. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 teen girls joining over the weekend. Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.

This lovely quaint hotel is situated only steps from the beach. Room was very clean when we checked in. Bed & bedding was very comfortable. A small fridge was a nice surprise to keep some wine cold. Room comes with thoughtful amenities such as biscuits, chocolate on pillow, milk for tea. The breakfast was very tasty with several options. Owners were friendly, interactive, & helpful. I would recommend this property if in the Eastbourne area.

Brid and Derek were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them . We stayed in the family room , spotlessly clean and a really good size . Would definitely recommend and will be going back we had a really enjoyable few days . Well worth a visit great location.

My husband and I were staying to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, Brid and Derek our hosts were extremely welcoming. A bottle of fizz had been left chilling in our room to help with our celebrations. Nothing was too much trouble and they booked a table at their favourite Italian restaurant for us. Our room was clean and cosy and decorated to a high standard. A tasty breakfast with several options was available. We had a room with a view of the sea and the whole guesthouse was beautiful with original features.

Es war wie „nach Hause kommen“! Eine total herzliche Atmosphäre durch die Vermieter. Ganz liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Sinn für Details. Fantastisches Frühstück. Alles, was das Herz begehrt. Super Lage. Nur über die Straße zum Strand, dennoch ruhig und in 10 Gehminuten am Eastbourne Pier. Wir würden immer wieder dorthin kommen. Haben uns wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Simply the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, in every area. Fresh and modern decor throughout. Amazing breakfast, delivered with a smile: Lovely hosts. Simply faultless.

The overall experience was excellent. The proprietors were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was attractively decorated and furnished. The bedroom was very comfortable with its own spacious balcony overlooking the sea. the breakfasts were excellent.
