The place was clean, quaint, and the food selections were excellent with the variety for those who have vegetarian dietary needs.

I regularly stay at this hotel when in town and am a Double Tree member. This last time, I awoke to find my shower did not work. After speaking with front desk, I had to dress, go to desk, get key for another room nearby, use that room's shower. Upon check out, I shared my disappoin**ent and was offered a food/beverage credit that I did not need. I was disappointed I had to express my concern in order to be offered this compensation. While I did not feel this was sufficient for the inconvenience caused, I knew the front desk may not be able to do more. I called the manager two days later and was offered the same credit for a future stay. As I expressed to the manager, I am certainly not sure I will stay there again despite having a small food/bev. credit available and am not willing to recommend the hotel to others due to how this was handled. I certainly felt that having been given a room that was not functional (and wondering how they were not aware of this issue from previous guests/housekeeping) would have led to a greater compensation/response. I would advise others to consider experience this in their choice of this hotel.

Warm chocolate chip cookies at check in! Free parking in the attached public ramp! Very comfortable bed and pillows. Large room, really clean and updated. Wouald definitely recommended and would stay again! Within walking distance of RCU theater.

We have stayed several times with Hilton and the experience is always wonderful. The Lismore in Eau Claire has always been very clean, comfortable bed, and the little extras like types of soaps, TV that rotates, warm cookies on arrival; really make the difference.

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a tiny refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was very clean and had a nice amount of room on the counter. There are shades on all the windows and make the room very dark for a great night of sleeping. The Dive bar was enjoyable to spend time with friends.

It was a beautiful property very nice accommodation. However no cleaning service and was not told that there wasn’t going to be. Otherwise we would stay again

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Hotel was quiet and clean and great location

Very cool hotel, only stayed overnight, but I loved the modernness of it!
