We absolutely loved our stay at the Ocean Mist. This boat is beautiful and so comfortable and the staff were great. It was just such a unique experience that really made the visit to Edinburgh special! And the bar is beautiful with great views. Having breakfast there was fun and delicious. I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it - being on a boat feels like a bit of an adventure! Also the area is great - some of the best restaurants in the city are just a stone's throw away.

Had an amazing stay at the ocean mist, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were lovely, everywhere was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was included and was a great start to the day, they even had oat milk for me which was amazing! I can’t fault our stay at all. It was really reasonably priced for the location and amenities, we can’t wait to come back!

The ocean mist was an amazing experience from when we booked in untill we left staff 1st class,rooms very spaciousness beds comfy lotions n potions amazing smelt lovely, buffet breakfast so many lovely things to choose from defo will book another stay sooner rather than later

Fantastic hotel & first class experience, they have done a great job fitting out the boat to make it a truly unique venue. Very comfortable, lovely continental breakfast offering, friendly staff who all share the ethos of providing a good service. Great location too, with easy link to central Edinburgh

The owners have done a fantastic job renovating the ship and turning it into a unique and wonderful hotel. The fixtures and furnishings were all first quality. The upstairs bar, while small, is well appointed and looks out over the waterway and surrounding area. The front desk staff, night porter, and other service staff were friendly and helpful. A first rate experience.

This luxury boutique hotel lives up to its name. The Ocean Mist is beautifully appointed with great showers and comfy beds. Scrumptious breakfast, especially the croissants and smoked salmon! The “crew” were pleasant, helpful and super accommodating. Great spot to stay in Leith with easy access to trams to go to visit in Edinburgh. Couldn’t recommend this lovely hotel enough. We will definitely recommend to all our friends and wouldn’t hesitate booking again. Fabulous job of renovating the boat.

Myself and my husband stayed here to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were so friendly, the room was comfortable and beautifully designed. It was just the right amount of luxury yet down to earth also. Surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops, we enjoyed a wander around Leith and had a lovely dinner at Mint Leaf Indian/Thai restaurant on Bernard street.
100% recommend a stay here and I'm dying to return already.

This is a truly unique experience and we absolutely loved it . Restored to its former glory the Ocean Mist is a very special place to stay. Its location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh and the choice of restaurants around the Leith area is amazing. The team on board were so welcoming and aded o the grest experience.
