Best Western Plus West Edmonton

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast had good selections. Staff was okay. However there was a guy taking the same elevator looking suspicious he did not tap his room key just let us do. He said he was struggling to get his room key and tried to search in his pants pocket but hands out with nothing. He came out the elevator on the same floor. We headed to different direction but when we were entering our room and looked to him, he turned around and walked back towards our direction. We went in the room right away closed and locked the door. Hotel can definitely do better regarding safety.

Convenient location, lots of shopping and dining nearby. The room has laminate flooring which felt so clean and airy. Very spacious. Comfortable bed, pillows, and linen. Housekeeping is every 3 days, but they are very friendly if you needed something. The front desk staff however, were very unfriendly and unwelcoming with each encounter. It felt they treated you as an inconvenience to their job. I seemed to stay during a youth event of sorts, as there was A LOT of noise and running in the hallway late into the late.

Nice property, the fans in the washrooms are not the best at getting out steam. Room felt muggy at times so we had to blast AC on a day when it was -30 outside. That said, it was a great experience given the terrible weather .

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at! I had a king size bed and it was extremely comfortable! the room was a very good size not cramped in any way very spacious. Extremely clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The location of the hotel is perfect its on a side street so no noise of cars, buses or trains. The free wi-fi worked to perfection and was fast speed, the free breakfast was decent and the tv channel selection was vey nice as well!

Went for a girls weekend and ended up getting a room by the elevator. Must of been sports tournaments that weekend as it was super noisy and the kids played in the elevators till late. Would have been better to be moved knowing there were that many kids on the floors. Very clean other wise. Breakfast had many options as well. More fruit choices would have been nice.
