Front desk was understaffed and desk agent spent most of his time in office and not assisting guests. TV did not have signal. Front desk said they would call, no service, no follow up, no milk at breakfast despite a Wawa across the street. No linens for pull out couch, dented and abused appliances. Building was undergoing renovations…should not have been open or at least close by floors. Dusty, dirty. Housekeeping staff was very kind. Never again…I expect more from Marriott
