Room was not cleaned properly as dirt and dust on the floor in the bath and the shower walls were not clean either. Stayed over Thanksgiving and no maid sevice so room remained uncleaned nor made up. In room coffee sucks (Starbucks and Green Mt). Hilton could do better for $200/night rates.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The facility is clean. Room was nice and quiet The bar downstairs is fun. Overall good stay.

The hotel was beautiful. It was perfectly located for walking everywhere in the downtown district. Our only disappointment was waiting and waiting for a chance to eat breakfast. We finally gave up waiting for the refill of food and left to go elsewhere to eat. The staff, the room, and the location was great, though!

Hotel is literally the best in town. It was clean, the staff was friendly, I felt very safe and the morning breakfast was great. If you are lucky, they will have the biscuits and gravy it was AMAZING! If you are going to EL Dorado there is no reason to stay anywhere else, trust me.

The hotel is real nice, however, it is close to bar and it was a little loud at night. I also heard a lot of people in hallway late at night. The room is very nice and the breakfast was really good. But very thin walls on the second floor and could hear everything.

A very enjoyable stay, location was perfect. Walking distance to several restaurants. A+ service from Tammy and Stephanie at the bar.

Service was horrible, hosts were horrible, everyone acted approached my wife and I with a demeanor as they were so much better than ourselves. You'd have thought we had the plaque from the outside looking in. Beds were comfortable that's about all I'd have to say good about this venue. We'll never be back if our life's depend on it, we'll sleep in the truck before I give this establishment another dime of my money. Disappointed is an understatement.
