邦古拉斯島艾爾尼多度假村(El Nido Resorts Pangulasian Island)

The first words of the staff is “welcome to paradise” and we can only say it was truly experiencing paradise. From the first second at lounge arrival to the last second of departure there was an amazing, friendly and personalized customer care! The hotel environment , the room, the food, the complementary boat trips all was excellent and gave us an incredible experience to never forget and … to return back to☺️

Un séjour en famille juste parfait. À faire absolument ! Et un grand merci à toute l’équipe. L’expérience débute par une arrivée en bateau sur une île déserte, et puis tout s’enchaîne : les villas incroyables, les repas tout inclus avec des buffets succulents plus à la carte pour plus de choix, des excursions (aussi incluses) tous les jours, qui permettent d’alterner activités et farniente, et surtout le personnel souriant, disponible,efficace . En surprise, la visite improbable d’une petite tribu de signes curieux, largement intéressés par la Corbeille de fruits disponibles dans chaque villa, rechargée chaque jour. Bref, que du positif !

WOW Paradise island, wonderful staff so friendly and helpful. Food included was very tasty, and choice of buffet or ala carte or mix both. Local Philippines food cooked and presented in 5*way. Rooms.. sorry villas are stunning and spacious Worth the price. Location is just great too with all El Nido attractions within 10-15mins boat ride. Visiting which is also included or you can arrange private tours as we did for a special experience. Negatives are Minor, the beach is not all powder white sand, with some stones and Coral, and overall food selection is a little limited, but this reflects it's small scale resort. Such a relaxing place never feels busy... very long beach. Definitely one of the best beach places period we much preferred to Maldives that we have been several times before. A beautiful gem... The minute we walked into the lobby of this hotel, we were hit with a strong sewer smell. We were wowed by the amazing view but unable to enjoy it due to the stench; we got there late and had to stay one night before we could find availability at another hotel for our remaining 3 nights in El Nido. The smell continued in the rooms. Just AWFUL!

It has been two months since we visited the PI & we remain in a state of awe! The Pangulasian Resort is unlike any other. The moment you arrive, you are greeted by sincere enthusiastic staff including resort manager, Edward (who throughout our stay, intentionally made time to check in and interact with us! Incredible!) Every direction you turn, you are embraced with natures majestic beauty. You are easily placed in a state of calm and joy. Our bungalow was steps away from the beach!! My husband and I share an affinity for delectable food / drink and cannot say enough about the sensational Chef Stanley and staff!! They provided attentive and caring service. Food selection was mouth-watering and plentiful! Throughout our stay, staff stopped to talk and get to know us. We learned about local history and appreciated the genuine kindness that surrounded us. We can’t say enough about the Pangulasian Resort and staff!! Our experience was truly: HEAVEN ON EARTH!! We hope to return soon!! Maraming Salamat!! ~ Joan & Gary Z.

We had an AMAZING time! I wish we could have stayed longer. Edward and the staff tended to our every need. The accommodations were great! We were in a beach villa with a perfect view of the beach. The food was delicious. Take advantage of the private beach dinner if you're a couple. The island hopping is a must. Make sure you take all of the tours A,B, and C. Bring a waterproof camera to remember everything you see. Our guides were very knowledgeable of each island we visited. The sunrise/sunset hike can be challenging, but you can do it if you take your time. The best snorkeling spot is already here, so take advantage! We can't wait to go back!
