麥恩水上Spa飯店(Hotel Młyn Aqua Spa)

De passage pour raison familliale, cet hotel est plutôt au standard local que international. La construction est assez recente et deux options de parking se presente à vous (payant et fermé - ou gratuit) Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais pourrait presenter des améliorations. Un petit complexe de remise en forme est présent et indépendant de l'hôtel. Ouvert au public extérieur, ouvert que l'après-midi hormis le week-end, il peut être très fréquenté en soirée. Les vestiaires sont communs, pas de séparation homme / femme. Attention pour ce qui est du personnel de l'hôtel, la pratique de l'anglais est peu répandu et pas forcément attentionné.

Do hotelu wybraliśmy się 5 osobową rodziną. Z góry została nam naliczona opłata parkingowa 25 zł/dzień! Po zameldowaniu okazało się, że w pokoju pozostały niesprzątnięte śmieci po poprzednich lokatorach. Wieczorem postanowiliśmy wybrać się do strefy SPA. Basen okazał się dość mocno zatłoczony, ze względu na osoby z zewnątrz, nie dostaliśmy również szlafroków, które uważam, że dla gości hotelowych powinny być w standardzie. Pani w recepcji nie informuje o niczym, o wszystko trzeba pytać i prosić. Nie otrzymaliśmy słodkiego poczęstunku i rabatu, który mieliśmy dostać po wyrażeniu zgody marketingowej, gdyż nie poprosiliśmy o niego (żenada)! Śniadania bardzo smaczne, ale codziennie jest prawie to samo. Po 3 dniach robi się nudne. Plus za dwie łazienki w pokoju i aneksik kuchenny oraz ogólną czystość Hotelu. Dodatkowy plus za super milusińskie koty, które były dużą atrakcją dla dzieciaków.

My partner and I stayed made a very last minute decision to stay at the hotel for one night when we visited Elbląg on 26 August, 2023. The hotel is on a converted/renovated water mill. Although the rooms are not your typical modern hotel rooms, the buildings have kept their historic charm with improvement in modern facilities At the checking, we were offered 100 free complimentary minutes to use the swimming facilities. Unfortunately as this was a last minute booking we were unable to use the this option. The breakfast buffet was a standard Polish and modern buffet menu - we had a good experience. We also had free complimentary filtered water provided along the stairs landing throughout our stay. Paid overnight parking was 25PLN. Overall, it was a good experience.

no access to the spa in the morning, i.e. you cannot use the spa on the day of check-out, some waiters are very grumpy, very short menu ala carte. Only tvp programs available on tv - that is, Polish propaganda programs, there are no other neutral programs

the hotel and its facility looks great, but the services that they provide are extremely poor. Comparing to the prices they charge it is simply rubbish. Stuff in the hotel, the restaurant and the pool doing their job to let the day pass by. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY THERE...

Nice and clean place, delicious breakfast, crawded and noisy pool. Quite far from the citi center but acceptable. Only roof windows at the last floor. Room was clean, parking loot quite busy. You can apprpach center by bolt:)

We had a reservation on 25-27 March 2022 at Hotel Mlyn Elblag with my wife. Hotel was clean, food was delicious, swimming pool area was small and crowded but anyway it was good and clean. I can say that few staff was good and kind and few was not unfortunately. Room was noisy because of some guy was cutting wood near to our room window. It was minuses and pluses about the hotel but except the minuses we spent lovely time there.

We stayed in Hotel Mlyn for a week and, unfortunately, were a bit confused. While the hotel itself was stunning, with amazing history, beautifully located, the rooms were not to the same standard. The shared areas were beautiful, the food was incredible, the staff were very friendly. The pool area was small but very nice, but for some reason had blasting music playing (despite having an overall SPA vibe). My partner had a massage and she says that the massage area was similar - on one hand the experience was pleasant, on the other there were sun loungers cluttered by the walls and the therapist made some interesting comments. The room itself was large but it was just a bit too shabby to be a four-star hotel room (we stayed in the 4* building). The bedding was very worn, with pillows paper thin (we asked for more but that didn't help much), the carpet was peeling from the floor, there were old drill holes in the walls, the window handle fell off when touched, some light switches didn't work. There were many info stickers on the walls (for example one asking guests to recycle when there were no recycling bins provided anywhere) and papers under glass on all the surfaces giving it a cluttered vibe. While the room was comfortable it is just not the standard you'd expect from a facility like that. The first night we arrived there was a party downstairs and while we were warned about it in advance (again, staff are lovely!) the party was very loud and the party guests partied in the hallways - this was dealt with by the staff promptly, but only after we made a 3am call to reception. Overall, it would be a nice place for dinner, maybe a quick dip in the pool. Definitely a lovely hotel for business travel, but not quite the luxurious SPA getaway that they imply on their website.

Very nice weekend stay with a place with history. The reception staff was very helpful and professional. We could not fully enjoy the breakfast because of the pandemic but it can't affect our stay so I gave the hotel 5*. I also left the kids' tablet. It was found, kept safely, and sent back to me. Thank you!
