It’s a basic average place to stay on a budget, that’s it. I didn’t expect anything more than a budget stay for our family trip to NY/NJ. It’s a small decent size room with a kitchenette, microwave, tv, fridge, queen bed, and a soda bed. There were sufficient bedding for 4 people. The bathroom door lock was broken and even though I repeatedly asked to fix that, no one did. Poor service. Overall ok. You get what you pay for, simple.

The staff are friendly pleasant and helpful. It is very convenient and the suite size is perfect for us and our young adult children when on family trips. The nightly price price was read as well. There are some things that can be improved on. The rooms needs a lot of upgrades and non-smoking in the rooms need to be enforced and managed better. We experienced a combination of smoking from that made it very unpleasant to sleep through the night as the smoke made it into our room through the gaps.

Un séjour parfait, je reviendrai, super accueil, tout les réceptionniste très professionnel, un spécial Merci à Pascal et Isabelle je crois que c'était leur prénom qui ont toujours été disponible pour nos questions, au pdj merci toujours avec le sourire et prêt à aider, merci aussi au femme de chambre, très aimable et serviable, je recommande cet hôtel vivement, ils ont tous rendu notre séjour plus agréable.

Very unpleasant staff. Having no knowledge about problem solving. Phone line inside the room was broken. It was suite we booked and when we checked in they gave us crappy room all night some weird noise was coming every 3 mints so good luck if you booking in this hotel and if you booking by ******* as all those applications charge those hotels so they put them place where no one wants to stay.

Negative: Breakfast area was extremely crowded, breakfast items kept running out Positive: Convenient shuttle to the airport.

Todo fue una gran experiencia. tanto el servicio de todo el staff como la habitación. El desayuno muy variado y delicioso. Muchas opciones en el mini market del lobby.
