Best Western Plus Horseheads Inn Suites

Everything and Everyone was great!!! Breakfast was good. Had many different things to eat. It snowed while we were there. It was a clean. They cleaned our room and brought towels when we needed them

The staff here were very friendly. It’s a brand new hotel and our room was very clean. The hotel was very quiet and the heat was turned off to the pool when we arrived, so we weren’t able to swim. Other than that, it was a great stay. We were there for a quick overnighter passing through Horseheads.

Fire Alarm went off at 3 am(only in our room). After an hour of the fire department visiting, and apologies we lost our entire night. The next morning, the desk attendant apologized and told us they would credit us. They asked us to reach out to ******* so they could do so. We did, ******* reports that the manger would not support this.

We stayed at this Best Western in Horseheads, NY, which is just a short 30min drive from Watkins Glen State Park. This Best Western is pretty new and everything was super clean, smelled fresh, and overall just made for a great stay. Out room had a microwave and fridge, and was plenty roomy. The staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was simple, yet perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is amazing. The room is clean and spacious. We enjoyed spending time in the heated pool. It was Columbus day weekend with many guests, the dedicated staff tried their best to keep refilling the hot serve. Reception has been very helpful, the staff was able to change our room based on our request and provided extra items to us immediately. The owner was very nice and welcome guests with smile. We will definitely stay in this hotel again if we visit Horseheads again.

The hotel itself is wonderful and new [in some things TOO new - shelf in hanging closet was just painted and not sanded!!! Room 307]. Otherwise the facilities and grounds are beautiful. The driveway off Rt. 14S, however, was not marked sufficiently clearly. Also,it was atrocious and filled with potholes making it very difficult to drive into the property.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the fall. Lots of outdoor and indoor decorations. The hotel is brand new, so it is spotless the service at the front desk was impeccable. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly, but very professional. Everything was new, including all the furniture and beds.

Be aware, as per my experience these guys do not change their bedsheets after every guest. I found lot of hair in my bed as soon I checked in the room. Apparently they gave me same bed sheets the last guest slept in. Upon complaining they gave me another room. But in new room, a close inspection of bed still gave me signs of unchanged bed sheets.

This BWP was incredibly clean, the staff was kind, and had an easy checkin and check out process. Overall, very good place to stay. The one thing I didn’t love about it was the hard-to-navigate parking lot that had more than a few potholes.
