卡薩格蘭德溫德姆速8飯店(Super 8 by Wyndham Casa Grande)

Check In was fine. Arrived to an open room. Found a used bandaid in the bathtub, no shower curtain and one bed had a stained sheet. Staff was quick to respond and everything was made right. My mom is 92 and she had a tough time getting in the bed due to it’s height. Booked hotel for two nights but they didn’t clean up the room the after the first night which I expected since there was no discount for the second night. Upon check out the staff gave us a small potted plant, I assume for a sorry for our problems. I recall booking breakfast but there are no breakfasts at all except for coffee and juice I was told there would be some small pastries but I never saw any either morning. Anyway it was like the second cheapest hotel in the area so I wasn’t expecting a great experience. Room was clean but needed some minor repairs. Overall a 2 in my book.

Son unos irresponsables, llegue y estuve esperando 1 hora a que llegara una persona a recepción a atendernos, cuando llego me dijo que no tenía reservación, se tardo 30 minutos en buscar mi reservación; para que saliera que no tenía cuartos disponibles. Otra cosa que no hablen español, apesar que dice que es un hotel bilingüe. ******* jamás reembolso y sacaron normas y reglas de cancelación que no existían.

Checked in and no water in room. Front desk said several other guest didn't have any so someone was on way to fix. Asked if they had some bottle water and was told there was a vending machine. Water took 2 hour's to fix. NO breakfast in morning and hair dryer didn't work. Hotel had been remodeled but left old fiberglass tub/ shower which was nasty yellow. There are products like rebath. Staff didn't seem to care. For $125.00 a night it was way overpriced.

Horrible condition. Checked into room to find vacuum cleaner, chemicals on the counter , dirty towels and pillow cases on the floor and in the shower. Room was filthy with a bloody trash can sitting on the counter near the sink. Got a new room and that too, wasn’t much better. Dirty towels and mold all over the wall near the bathroom door. Never again !

The mattress cover had poop on it and the sheets were dirty. The TV did not work. The desk cleck who was on duty the 1st night tried to get the TV to work but was unable to. She offer to change the sheets but did them myself. She kept apologizing for it all. I called the desk the next day and the Desk Manager was rude and said she was going to have maintenance come fix the TV which they never did. So both my nights there was with no TV. they also changed mattress cover and sheets but didnt put any blankets or comforter on the beds and we had to ask for them. I spent good money for 2 nights of no tv and dirty linen. I will never recommend anyone to to stay there.

Nonsmoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. ******* ad claimed breakfast was included, there was no breakfast offered. Front desk claims they have no offer Breakfast in years! Well not stay at Super8 again.

Night attendant was nice and the day attendant not so much. The rooms carpet had not been vacuumed and the bathroom had puddle in front of the toilet. The bathroom fan/light was extremely loud .. no breakfast… at Wyndham!

They charged me for something that I found damaged and I reported it, and they told me that maintenance was going to check it

This location is terrible! So bad we left within 2 hours of arriving!
